    Absolutely deplorable sales and service practices. My *********** purchased me a car from here along with a warranty. After only having it for a year, the car is only valued at $1,500 due to multiple issues. The pistons cause excessive oil burning, not a single outlet works in the vehicle, there is something wrong with the gas tank, and the oil sensor letting us know when our oil needs to be changed is broken. We live out of town and had to come to town to take the vehicle in FOUR times to be serviced and only ONCE did they even attempt to fix half the problems. Once we were told that we never had a service appointment when we came in. After we called back we were told no we did in fact have an appointment and they didn’t know why we were told that. The next time they let the vehicle sit on the lot for a week while we were out of town only to be called the day before we came back they were just then looking at it and didn’t have the part they needed but if we’d bring it back in they’d have the part. We brought it back…didn’t have the part. We brought it back one final time and they finally actually “worked” on the car but after we drove off the lot we realized their fixes didn’t even work. 6 months after purchase the tires were so bald they all had to be replaced. We now are stuck with a vehicle that will cost more in repairs than what we bought it for after Art F***** bragging to my *********** at the sale all the money they spent fixing up problems on the car. Also none of these issues are covered under the warranty my *********** was convinced to purchase. We were told by Brian here at Butler that it was our fault for buying a used car. I now have a * ***** *** baby and am stuck with a vehicle that is unsafe to drive but also not even worth anything for us to be able to trade it in for something else. This dealership royally messed over my family and put us in a hole we can’t get out of then told us it was our fault.

    Absolute joke of a dealership. From a salesman taking advantage of an elderly customer literally robbing her in the purchase of a car for her ******** ************* *** *** ******* to the worker's in the service department there is nothing good I can say of this dealership. The Butler family would be disappointed to know of the service their dealership is providing. After sharing our experience with others, we have found so many others who have had the same terrible experience. Our complaints have also been forwarded directly to the Butler's. Art F***** sold a complete junk car that is now barely valued over $1500 and it was purchased only 1 year ago. This year has been filled with back and forth between him and the techs in the service department. I am not sure anyone in the service department knows what they are doing. Car was left twice for a week each time and NOTHING WAS DONE EITHER TIME. Not to mention the other times it had to be driven to Macon from ********* just to make the service appointment only to NOT BE FIXED!!! Now, the car is a hazard to even drive...they have left a family high and dry with a brand new baby and blamed the customer because "that is what you get when you purchase a used car". Not to mention, they convinced them to purchased a bogus warranty!!! Doesn't even deserve 1 star to be honest.

    We had a terrific experience. Wyatt, our salesman, was easy to work with and quite friendly. There was no pressure and the cargo van was fairly priced. Highly recommend these folks.

    My husband bought a 2020 chevy malibu in 2021 and we have had to return the car 3 separate times for different issues, This particular last time my son was driving and the braking boosting system gave out, he could not stop the car, by God's grace he wasn't far from home. My husband took the car back this 3rd time for the braking boosting system, they still didn't take any responsibility and ALLOWED him.to drive off the premises, keep in mind this car still doesn't work.properly, Alonzo the salesman who sold the car didn't take any responsibility to help us fix this issue, I can't allow the car.to be repossessed due to my credit being affected, The dealership said they could fix car for 4000 dollars, but I don't understand why do I have to keep putting money in a new car. We have tried to work with this dealership to no avail, we.dont know what else to do.

    Customer brought vehicle to Service dept, for diagnosis, then went to Sales department to ask about trading vehicle. Customer returned to service drive and took vehicle with him. Service department has not looked at vehicle. Owner refused to have vehicle diagnosed.

    Unacceptable business practices illegal title tag scheme almost had my family and I arrested for a loaner car without a valid tag or registration after I repeatedly asked about the tag and title paperwork the greed ser in then kept our vehicle 2 months just insane.


    Communication has ended with myself and the dealership and my relationship status with the owner of the car doesnt matter since im authorized to speak for him you all were caught in your foolery and now the retaliation started ..Dealership needs more training and to have better business ethics at the end of the day ensure your customers are safe and dont keep saying you gave someone a FREE loaner car when not only did you have the customers vehicle 2 months you had them in a vehicle that was not properly registered then the other vehicle was the incorrect tag .Make matters worse you have Jim call saying come get your vehicle right after this tag incident the discrimnation and messy business practices are horrible .It doesnt take rocket science to know a vehicle that is a loaner must be properly registered one time with a tag or title issue can be looked at as an error or mistake this happened to us with two vehicles so whatever is going on isnt good
