            company offers no support for the product it sells, even when damaged items arrive, instead they blame and state they have to deal with things through other companies, thus providing no direct resolutions and forcing their customers to wait indefinate amounts of time for a resolution.

            They had the best price online for the wheels I ordered so I gave them a shot. Ordered a set of 4 on a Saturday around midnight. The wheels were on a truck by noon sunday, and 3 of the 4 were on my doorstop 400 miles away on monday at 10:00 AM, with the next arriving Tuesday. This was with the free shipping so I wasn't expecting them until wednesday at the earliest with friday being more likely. Haven't had to deal with customer service or anything, but they definitely put effort into getting your order on its way to you as fast as possible.
