    I placed a large order (45 silk ties) with the company Designyourtie.com, which lists its address as **** ******* ***** ***** *** ****** ******* *****. It has been over three months and no one returns phone calls. Just today, calling their number gets a message that the phone number is no longer active. Can you let me know whether this company has gone under, or is bankrupt or what? Thanks so much. Their phone number was listed as 877-240-8500. Chinissa J****** is listed as a part owner.

    I am rejecting this response because: While the business owner did contact me (for which I'm grateful), she did not update me on the status of my order. She said she would "look into it" and give me a response early in the next business week. She did not. Nor has she responded to an inquiry from me about this. All I wish to know is where my order stands: is it being completed? Is there a problem? If it is being completed, what is the estimated time to shipment? All this could be avoided if only the business owner would kindly respond. I appreciated her one and only phone call to me, but nothing was resolved. I understand this may be a tough time for businesses such as this, but at least let your customers know what is going on. Many thanks to the BBB for helping me understand where I stand with Designyourtie.com
