    I paid to get a dress made for my senior sister's prom. We went to Mr. Lexson to make the dress as he was posting on social media that he could do it, and he had a sale going on. I contacted him on **** **** 2022 to obtain information and book the consultation ($25) for my sister. She had her consultation on **** **** 2022, where we was told the timeframe and cost of the dress ($550), I made the first payment for her dress a little after her consultation ($92) on ******* *** 2022, my sister made a payment of ($92) the same day. We also made it aware that we had an inspiration in mind for how her dress was suppose to be similar to. He requested all payments be made through **** **** He informed us that she would need 3 fittings and that the materials would need to be shipped from China and we needed to get payments in quickly, so we did. I made all the final payments ( there was 3 in total) before her prom, which was on ***** *** 2023. The last 2 payments on my end were made on ******** **** 2022($183) and ******** **** 2023 ($183). My sister made another payment for a matching umbrella for her dress ($50), though I do not have the time when she purchased it. After the payments were made, it was harder to contact him and we didn't get the recommended fittings as he stated in the beginning. He made excuses, the whole time he had to make her dress, all while taking other people dress and tuxedos orders too. She had one fitting and then she received her dress. It was nothing like her inspiration, it was torn, 3 different fabrics and she received it 2 days before prom, so it could not be fixed. She called and messages him multiple times about the dress, until he seen it and told her to bring it back in to be fixed, which he didn't. He informed us that he would give us a refund, and asked for how much was invested and we sent him the amount and he have since responded to us or any of his other clientele for that matter. The red dress is the inspiration.
