    The apartment complex where I live has black mold and mildew and I allergic to both. Black mold has shown up in my system and is making me sicker. Code Enforcement has been out there times and told them what they need to do and they haven't done anything. I was told by the handyman that they were not going to do what code enforcement told them to do. They bought this place at the end of May and I told the new manager about it. I waisted my breath. I told him again two months ago that the black mold showed yin my system. His reply was I'll have to check into that. This company hasn't. Code Enforcement told them to pressure wash this building and get the mildew and mold off the building. They haven't. He said something to them about the trash being everywhere. The property manager told them that they were out every morning picking it up. That lasted about a week. If you come out now you'll see trash everywhere. The place has went to hell since they bought it. They lie about repairs. It's hard to get them to do anything. The previous company needs to be sued. They had the property three years and did nothing about the mildew and mold. The made it a senior community and did not even handicap the place. The had to very quietly sell because they went against the law and were about to be in trouble. They should be, putting seniors in a place that has mildew and black mold. The company now seems to think that they can do as they please or don't please.

    I can ensure that all mold and or mildew has
    been completely removed from all surfaces Outside of the home. A team of
    contactors has been pressure washing all 18 building that we have on property.
    We have treated all building for all types of molds and mildew. Thank you for
    your time .
