      The gate hasn't worked in approx 2 years. The pool hasn't been open in approx 2 years. Their work around is to go to a sister complex but there are limited hours and you have to drive to get there. Rules are more extenuating as a result. Valet trash is trash! They come when they want, miss multiple days, and there's no way to not pay for it. In addition to valet trash, you also have to pay for separate trash disposal. Trash rules are not enforced throughout the community and you can have trash built up for days. Multiple car break ins. 1st time, we contacted the office with no results. We then reached out to corporate with again no results. Literally 1 month later we had another break in. Nothing was taken either time because we know better and don't leave things in our car. Despite the community stating that they don't have any liability, there is actually a law that states if there are methods available, not being utilized, such as a LOCKED GATE, you actually can hold landlords liable. Maintenance has literally come into my apartment and argued with me about a work order being completed. When I showed him the cabinet hanging off the wall his only response was, "oh." Literally, I don't think he could read because the work order specified the cabinet over the dishwasher and he did not even look at it until pointed out specifically. Work order for mold starting as it was seeping from around the airconditioner into the dishwasher. The response from maintenance staff was that it would need to be all torn out and that it wasn't going to be done. Had a work order for a simple dripping faucet and they kept saying they did not see it. How can you not see water falling from a faucet? Again, not sure the maintenance staff could actually read.
      Unfortunately, the office applied charges after move out for "utilities" and absolutely failed to notify us. We even have an email from the office stating as such. That did not stop them from sending the charges to a collection agency!

      I strongly recommend that you DO NOT rent from this company. I have been living without A/C now for 105 days in the middle of a Georgia summer. It is over 100 degrees inside the apartment. It is so hot that the flooring is coming up. The flooring company came out to repair the flooring but stated that it will continue to come up as long as the heat continues to rise. I notified the apartment manager and the maintenance supervisor several times but they both did not remedy the situation and they both were fired in the course of me trying to get the situation rectified. I have since put in multiple maintenance requests, emails to the regional manager, emails to corporate, and calls to the office with no response. Also the pool is not an amenity that you will be able to use either. It’s the middle of July and our pool is still closed. The gates have been broken since I moved in with several car break-ins on a weekly basis. The garbage company only picks up the valet trash when they feel like it. I have requested refunds for days missed and the Trash Valet Company will never issue a refund for days that it wasn’t picked up. You have to pay $2 every month just to pay your rent. You have to pay it online and this fee is not avoidable. Also any good reviews on here are probably because they try and offer us a possibility of getting $1000 towards our rent if we leave a review.
