    Incident Details: On July 12, 2024, ************ Connection (GMC) hired ******** ****** ********, operating under S7, LLC, to provide web design services for ***. I was introduced to ******** through ***, where he assured me of his expertise in website design and agreed to take on the project.For several months, my business partner, ****** *******, and I held weekly calls with ******** and provided all necessary media assets for the website. We gave him explicit instructions regarding the layout and content of each page. Despite his assurances that he was actively working on the website, he continuously delayed the project and failed to deliver the promised services.On July 12, 2024, I paid ******** $1,000 to begin the website development. Subsequently, on September 24, 2024, I provided an additional $1,570 after he expressed financial hardship. The total provided was $2570. However, he did not complete the website, nor was it ready for publication. He continued to provide excuses for the ********* resolve the matter amicably, I offered him the option of returning the funds in installments and even discounted $500 for the logo and PowerPoint he had provided. Despite these accommodations, the *** website was not completed. I eventually had to hire another web designer, who informed me that the work ******** had done was merely a non-functional outer shell and could not be published, proving that he had not actually been working on the website.On January 31, 2024, I sent ******** a formal demand letter requesting the return of $2,070, failing to pursue criminal charges under O.C.G.A. 16-8-4 (2010) for Theft by Conversion. ******** ignored the letter and only attempted to return $1,570, which is not acceptable. I am filing this police report to document this incident and seek legal recourse against ******** ****** ******** for failure to provide services as agreed and for misappropriating funds under false pretenses.
