    This company states in their return policy that they will only accept a return after they approve it - and they dont ever approve a return and then will only exchange - they also falsely stated that products came from *** if so it would not have taken that long wasnt even a special order - I ordered a watch band for a certain event after it did not arrive for almost a month I contacted them and told them I did not want it any more since the event Was in a day or two they said I could not cancel the order I then . Told them I wanted to return it and I never got a reply - when it arrived I refused the package - I never got a refund and when I contacted them they told me they did not approve the refund so I wont get one and that the address from which merch is mailed from does not accept returns - so why wasnt it returned to me if they do t accept packages? It was funny how the Item was nowhere near me or even mailed until I contacted them and they are now telling me I sent the request to a wrong email i was never told this was the wrong email And if they know where I sent it why wouldnt the person who did get it let me know it was wrong - they are a scam and a cheat - they are not even offering a resolution of any kind -

    On 8/3/2024 I ordered an Elle stainless steel black/silver watchband. The product description on their website (which I notice they've now removed) describes how 4 links on each side of the band can be removed so you can customize the fit. Their website includes a whole tutorial on how to do this: ********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************* The watchband arrives, it's beautiful, and with my husband's help, we remove the links that can be removed. He has a tool for this purpose (many men's stainless steel watchbands come with the tool). Unfortunately, I have tiny wrists, and it is still too large. I put the links back in the band and contacted Strawberry Avocados about a return or exchange. They inform me that neither is possible because I removed the links, and I might have damaged the band. So I can't exchange it and can't return it, even though the product description described how you can adjust the band, and their website has a tutorial. Neither pointed out that you are stuck with the product if you do it. Their Customer Support team pointed me to a sentence buried in their returns policy that says you can't return the band if you've adjusted the links as justification.

    On June 2nd I purchased an Apple Watch band from this company for $37.95. I paid extra for expedited shipping (arrival in 3-5 days). On day 5 when I didnt receive the bank I contacted their customer support team. Shortly after I sent the email I saw the exact same bank on Amazon for $15.49. I asked strawberry avocado for a refund and to cancel my order. They responded with my order was processed, now shipped and didnt accept returns. The band arrived in the EXACT same packaging as Amazon. This company is a SCAM and charging over double what Amazon charges for the exact same product. They need to be shut down!

    I only received one of the two items I purchased that were on the order. One of the items actually came in two packaging when both items together is really one item. The second item which was the gold charm was not in the shipping and there no packaging in the shipment with the sku or label for it.

    Order was lost in the mail and the company will not send out a replacement or issue a refund. I was only able to contact through several emails and was told it is not their fault the order was lost and will not help.

    I ordered a product that stated it would fit the item purchased for. Once received the item did not fit as described in the item description on the sellers website. Once I asked to return they said I was wrong and and not return the item. I provided screen shots of the item description and photos of the item not fitting the watch face

    I placed an order on January 15th, **** for a Downtown Soft Nudes Apple Watch Band. I tried emailing the company to ask about my order and when it will ship but I have received no response. I also messaged them on their social media account and nobody has responded. I want a full refund at this point.

    I received my watch band and 2 days later the band broke. I emailed customer service and sent photos of the broken band. Received a reply stating they would only send me the replacement part that broke but I would have to pay shipping and handling of $7.95! The company stated they sent the band Free of defects therefore they are not responsible for it breaking in 2 days and if I wanted the part that broke sent to me to fix myself I would have to pay $7.95. So Im out the cost of the watch band plus the original $4.95 I paid for shipping that they now want to charge me $7.95 to ship the replacement part. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They dont stand by their products once you receive it!!
