- Refund & Exchange PolicyWesley’s Workers is committed to providing high-quality home improvement, handyman, and remodeling services for homeowners across Metro Atlanta. This policy explains how refunds, corrections, cancellations, and service adjustments are handled to ensure fairness, transparency, and customer satisfaction.Satisfaction GuaranteeWe stand behind the quality of our workmanship. If a customer is not satisfied with the completed service, we will review the concern, inspect the work, and provide a correction or repair at no additional cost when the issue is related to the original scope of work. All correction requests must be made within 7 days of project completion.Refund EligibilityRefunds may be issued under the following conditions:The service was not performed according to the written estimate or agreed-upon scope.Work has not yet begun and the customer chooses to cancel.A deposit was collected but no materials have been purchased and no labor has been performed.Refunds are not issued for:Work that has already been completed according to the agreed scope.Customer-requested changes made after work has begun.Issues caused by pre-existing conditions, misuse, or unrelated damage.Materials already purchased for the project (these may be refundable only if the supplier accepts returns).Deposits & CancellationsDeposits are fully refundable if the customer cancels before materials are purchased or labor has started.If materials have been purchased, the refundable amount depends on supplier return policies.If work has begun, refunds are prorated based on labor performed and materials used.Exchanges and Additional WorkIf a customer requests changes outside the original scope—such as different materials, layout changes, or added services—these are treated as new work.
