    It appears I am being double billed and have been due a refund for quite some time now and have been asked and promised the refund for 2 months. I have asked for a full accounting from IBI and Georgia Surgicare but they do not provide it. I have made payments and also gave $1000 prior to my procedures. $340.13 was refunded out of the $1000 but I am due more of a refund than that. $422.80 is still due to be refunded to me. $237.05 was my responsibility and my statement of benefits reflecting this is attached. Even though I am due $422.80 I am receiving bills still and IBI/ Georgia Surgicare states that the bills are from before my deductible was met. They are correct but the $1000 collected more than covers it and I am still due $422.80.

    I got a chance to speak to Mr. ******************* this morning and sorting out the things. As we did not have all his claims settled from his insurance, we are working with the insurance companies and then will come out how much the total balance on his acct.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    The business refuses to refund portions of $1000 they collected 2 months ago without showing an accounting.  I had already met my deductible and almost met my out of pocket.  It is not possible to owe them the amount collected.  Instead of holding on to my hard earned money, they should refund all of it and then bill me when the bills become due.  Holding my money hostage until they figure out what is owed is terrible.  On top of that they are sending me bills that say now due which is impossible because they are withholding my refund.  NO doctors work this way.  It is backwards and I think they hope people just forget in an attempt to take their money.  My hard earned money should be earning interest somewhere.  Instead, I keep spending hours to chase what is not theirs.  I asked them to mediate the situation prior to me filing a lawsuit but they gave me no response.  I can always contest the charge with my credit card but that will create a further accounting circus for them on top of this circus.  Out of respect for a company that does not respect me I have not contested it as of yet.  They have no basis for withholding my funds.

    While we understand your frustration and the need to vent and blame us, we believe we acted honestly and professionally in processing your claims. Your insurance company did not pay for your facility fee and determine it to be your responsibility. Thus your post across multiple platforms are erroneous and constitutes actionable acts of disparagement. Unless we receive another determination from your insurance company, our decision is final.

    On September 16, 2022, I had a consultation with this company. At the time I paid $100. On the 23rd, I responded to an email about a special offer on their medication. I was told that the email I had received was in error but that the company would honor the price reflected in the email. On September 23, I paid an additional $50 to this company. I was assured that the medicine would ship out that following Monday, September 26. After four days of not having received this product, I called back and spoke with ****** and was told they were unwilling to honor the price indicated in the email. I requested a full refund during that phone call. ****** assured me she would submit the request and contact me back with an estimated time of refund. Since that time, I have not received a refund, nor a phone call from ******. I have called several times and left several messages but have not been contacted.

    I had surgery 11/06/2020 I paid for my copay of $75 & $250 for surgery. I received a refund a month later, fast forward 2022 I receive a bill saying I didnt pay my copay which was $75, I received a bill for $79.86, the same amount of my credit. I called and a rude guy named *** was a complete idiot and didnt try to help me. I did not ever receive a bill or a call, my number and address has not changed and this is complete ****, I searched my bank account and found that I indeed payed my copay. I want this resolved and removed.

    We are sure *************************** have not been receiving any statements from Georgia Surgicare (IBI healthcare) since then.
