On 8/14/23, Mr *** Appliance repair guy, ************** showed up to service our Whirlpool Refrigerator which wasn't cooling properly. He came by and looked at the unit and made a few tweaks and gave us a repair bill for $528.56 along with a 90 day warranty. He advised us to wait a few days for the unit to begin working again. After a week we asked that he come back as it was still not working prooperly. He agreed to come out 9/1/23 when I would be available to take off work to be there. He didn't show. We called and text and he stated that he had forgotten. He stated that he would come on Sunday and then he texted back later that on stating that he couldn't come because his wife needed the truck that day. We reached out again the following week asking for a day and time. He has stopped communicating with us so we then called the main number and sent emails but no one is responding back to us except to say that it is up to the technician to issue the refund. Again as of 4 weeks ago, no one has called or written us back after numerous attempts. *****, who answers the phone, states that she has nothing to with it and that it would be handled by management.
