My 62 year old mother has been living with no heat or air for over 6 months and for the past 3 plus she has been living with mold. The management was aware and came and wiped it off in one room and spray painted over the area. The entire apartment has mold. All of her and my sisters closed are ruined and moist due to the mold. May mother was sick and thought she had covid. It has actually the different effects of mold. She is a full time teacher and lived alone and didn't have time to hassle them. After reaching out and giving no response. I told he rot not to p rent one month. She always paid rent on time. With ***** bring past due not even two weeks they hand type and have wrote up an eviction notice on a red form and placed it in the door. They then came to check something one day and my mom mentioned "the mold". The guy stated that it was "dust". Less then 24 hours later she received and email from management saying " we noticed your apartment had issues" and to contact maintenance the same people that came out the first time. The mold is In both her bedrooms and she sleeping at the dinner table crouched over or in her rocking chair. In the past 30 days the mold has moved into the living room and is all over the ways. it's hard to breathe . She keeps her clothes for work in the car. She can't continue to live like this. We need help.
