    Hired ***** ******, owner of *********, to replace my roof, gutters and gutter guards in April of 2024. His crew accomplished the job and everything was done professionally and to my satisfaction. However once it rained I found that large amounts of water from the roof flowing over the gutters instead of into the gutters. After two or three rainstorms I noticed my new gutters were already stained bad from the overflow. I contacted ***** and he said it was probably due to the heavy rain. I explained I never had the issue with 5" gutters and didn't understand why it was an issue on a 6" gutter. He said it may need a minor adjustment and would check it out. He never showed. I was having to clean my gutters every 3-4 months due to the heavy staining so I contacted hime again by text. He said it could be the gutter guards he installed. Though they were good quality guards, my roof pitch was so steep that the water was running too fast and running over the fine woven screen. I kept saying it was a much better guard than I had previously and I stated the ones you say were cheap worked, yours does not. I kept trying to be patient as he would always say he would stop by but he was so busy he did not know when. I referred him to my neighbor hoping by having him next door replacing their roof he would finally check on my guard. Finally while he was installing the correct guard on their home with the same pitched roof I got to speak with him. He said he stands behind his work and would replace the guards with the "cheaper" guard or refund the cost of the guards. I told him I wanted to be fair to him so whichever one made better money since. He never called or texted with an answer so I contacted him again. He said he would replace them but still hasn't contacted me to get it done. His company does great work and I continue to refer him to others but he just REFUSES to stand behind his work. I just want him to install a gutter guard the works on my roof. 15 months is pathetic.
