    Complaint Description:I am filing this complaint against Milano Di Rouge, an online clothing retailer, for failing to honor their clearly stated 15-day refund policy. I placed an order on June 22, 2025, and within 1 business day of receiving the item, I contacted the company to request a refund due to sizing issues. Despite meeting all conditions of their published refund policy, I was informed that I would only be eligible for store credit, not a full refund. This directly contradicts their stated return policy at the time of purchase, which clearly promised a refund if requested within 15 ******* this point, I have no interest in receiving store credit or doing further business with this company. I am requesting a full refund to my original form of payment and for this complaint to be logged in response to their misleading business practices.Desired Outcome:A full refund to my original payment method and for the company to update or clarify its policies to avoid misleading future customers

    I bought a coat from them and the coat was so big and not at all what I expected so I decided to send the coat back. The coat was never worn and the company is telling me I cant get my money back or a exchange for credit for the right size because they sent me pictures of dust on the sleeve of the coat. I never wore the coat so I dont understand how thats possible when i safely put the coat back in the box after looking at it being humongous. So now instead of a exchange I want my money back because I no longer want to associate with the business.

    To whom it may concern, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent order placed through your company. On 1/5/25, I purchased a Ren Sweatsuit Set for $236.00. After applying a discount, the total cost came to $214.65 USD. However, what I received was not the item I ordered. Instead, I was sent a "Baby Lux Signature Tee - 9-12-month-old," accompanied by another customers invoice/receipt: ****** ********, ****************************** 42934-9631, *********************** This mix-up is deeply concerning. Not only did I not receive the item I paid for, but the address provided for the other customer appears to be fake, raising questions about the legitimacy of this transaction. This situation feels unprofessional and even deceptive, leaving me with no confidence in your companys practices.I kindly request a refund of the $214.65 I paid for the sweatsuit I did not receive. I don't need a store credit, as I will never return as a customer.I feel I have no other choice than to contact BBB, by filing a complaint the public can be aware and to warn others.Thank you,

    The owner of this business hacked all of my social media accounts, bank accounts and cellular phones. Johnikka " Milano' ****** then, stole and sold my private information including my SSN, Birth certificate, stalked my home and intimate photos because I refused to invest in her business.

    Purchased a puffer coat online 11/29 in a size medium. It's a unisex coat and I chose the best size according to the confusing size chart on the website. When I received the coat, it fit super large, so I started the process of a return to exchange for a smaller size and was stopped with a message that said since the coat was sold to me at a discounted price, I was unable to exchange it, get store credit or get a refund! Now I am stuck with a coat I can't wear and they get to keep my money. This is foul customer service. They have plenty in stock to be able to exchange for a smaller size they just don't want to. This warning was nowhere to be found until I went to process a return and at that it's at the very bottom of the screen when it should be big and bold just like the dam advertising. I want to exchange the coat or get a refund. This policy is completely absurd, and they should be ashamed of themselves. I could have bought a puffer coat somewhere else but I chose to spend money on this brand, but this is how they do people.

    Received wrong size puffer coat contacted company to make it right and receive original selection. Immediately after checkout. Was told there was a no refund policy. Which is completely understandable if the mistake was my fault.

    I purchased items on 8/29 with shipping warranty. The busjness informed me i had tk wait 21 days to pass to file a claim. I filed a claim and they refuse tk **** a refund only replacement but i requested a refund and j purchased shipping warranty. . My package never atrived

    I placed an order the package arrived empty. Milano requires you to have insurance on packages. The carrier admitted to there being an issue with the package and they paid the claim. Since then Ive tried to get my refund. First I had to file a police report the person took the ** number, the second time they wanted the full report. Then they wanted to verify it was a real police report. I called the number they called me from several times left messages no response. Sent emails for 24 hours no response. So Im out $195.05 and no clothing. Even after the carrier paid for the missing package.

    I recently purchased a pink skirt for $128 through the app. After completing the payment, the skirt reappeared at a lower price. I clicked on it to see the total cost with the discount, but it automatically charged my card for a second skirt. There was no confirmation before the purchase was processed, nor did it go to my cart for review. Although the policy states no refunds, it was unclear that this would happen. The site seems designed to cause this mistake, yet it doesn't accept refunds. Is there any way to get a refund for the second purchase? The setup of the site caused significant confusion. Also I only received one email for the first skirt I bought, second that was added didnt send an email.I actually purchased the app last night at 2:22 am.

    Milano wont send fed ex the waiver for me to collect funds from fed ex I contacted them at least 10 times via email and they dont want to send fed ex the paperwork. The only reason I need the waiver is because Milano purchased the shipping sticker . Fed ex is ready to pay out but cant until they receive this waiver form
