      I was contacted by someone representing this company on July 10, 2023. They said I had a collections balance with Ace Cash Express and I needed to pay the settlement amount offered or face going to court. He was supposed to mail me copies of the documents proving that I paid this debt. I never received those documents. While he had me on the line he looked and said I also had another account in collections that I thought I had already taken care of but I went ahead and took care of it too. Tried to get a payday loan with Ace Cash Express today only to be told that I can't because the previous debt is still showing as valid. Very frustrating!

      I was contacted by Assured payment solutions via phone calls a 4am in addition to other times of the day. They claimed to be representing Ace Cash for a debt from 2017. So I called ******** to settle this debt. Turns out that ******** sold my debt to another company. So I call this other company again to settle this debt. They said that they were NOT associated with Assured Payment Solutions. They advised me to not have any more communication with Assured Payment Solutions because they are trying to scam me. So this company does not represent Ace Cash according to ********. I suffer from anxiety, and I am struggling with my health. To have them harass me about a debt that I dont owe them is so cruel. I have been sick to my stomach. They have caused me so much stress with their threats. I was scammed for $645 a few months ago from a company claiming to be representing the same cash advance Ace Cash. I wonder if they are the same people Assured Payment Solutions. The proof that they are not legit is that I spoke to ******** and the company that bought my debt, who are in no way associated with Assured Payment Solutions. I plan on getting legal advice because this situation is really stressing me.

      I was contacted to pay a debt owed to Ace Cash Express. I paid them at Assured Payments Solutions to ****** whom I spoke with. The original debt I was aware of was ****** but I paid them ******. I was given an emailed letter with the original account number having came through in a strange way as the number *2.00004E+12. After I found two other paid in full letters with similar account numbers I realized I may have paid this same debt now 3 times. I called to attemp to reach ****** and compare as I was now getting another call saying I owed it again. He didnt provide the account number verbally. Now after the weekend I called monday to let them know that their account number is matching and they need to refund and I sent to them copies of my letters saying I paid in full. I then spoke to ***** who said it was not that account number but the account number of *****. I have already spoke with *** who gave my my two original account numbers and they are 13 digits long each. So I have no idea what these people have collected on and refuse to provide me any information to rectify. The man ***** asked me "then why did you pay it, If you already paid this". Well I paid a bill and filed it then recieved a call later months later and paid another. They are refusing to refund my money or provide me with the original debt info or account number. I do not have any debt with *** with an account number of ***** that Mr. ***** gave me. I would like my funds returned. This is fraudualant activity. I have documents saying I paid the debt I owed Ace and this company Assured payment solutions is witholding my funds now. Wether they were aware or not, they collected on a paid debt. And I ask this is resolved and I have tried my best to be calm and professional when calling, and was met with refusal.

      Just as the 18 Complaints against this Company, they were rude, harassing, threatening and made me afraid. They threatened taking me to court. I suffer from Anxiety and Depression and I am Permanently Disabled as a result of these factors.I was unable to think when ************************* began calling and threatening me from this *******. However, he stated the ******* he was a representative of is: Second Chance Mediation. I went back to my email account to try to find any documentation of them contacting me and where I should find my DocuSign paperwork; NOTHING is there. It is as though this ******* retracted all documentation after a certain date. I have searched my email account for both names of this ******* and there is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING in my email account.I believe this is a ******************** that they threaten and lie because they are NOT a reputable *******. I searched the Web and there is ABSOLUTELY NO "Second ***************** ******* to be found. My only reference to this "Company" is their name on my Bank Statement with the Deductibles taken in 3 separate payments - which looks how they scam the frightened "client (Myself)" into Paying them. I have changed my Debit card and without Documentation of this SUPPOSED default on a "PayDay Loan" (which then they say is "Check into Cash"), I do NOT intend to make the 3rd Installment.I BELIEVE THIS IS A SCAM.Also, the phone number for them says they can't accept calls (paraphrased).DO NOT PAY THEM!!!!!
