      I took my car to them for an oil change, my car started leaking and I had no prior leaks before the oil change. I called them they told me to bring my car back. They did another oil change and afterwards came and said that they put a temporary plug in. I asked why they didnt put the original back in and was told that they had to put it in. A few months later I noticed it was leaking again,I took it to another shop and paid for diagnostic and were told it was the temp plug that was leaking. The leak was getting worse so I took it back to the shop who gave me the results and paid for another oil change even though it wasnt 6 months . I was told they couldnt do it because they had stripped the oil pan and that is why they put in the temp plug that was too large.I went back to them and explained the situation along with the price (invoice) to fix all of these problems. I was told that I should have brought it back to them to repair it. I didnt feel comfortable afterwards and could not trust them. They said they will not reimburse me so I will take this matter to court.
