  I moved into Alexander Stonecrest in 2003. In 2023, a lady moved upstairs over me with an autistic child. This neighbor would keep up so much noise with her child that I wouldn't even be able to sleep or even rest. I first complained to the office about the disturbance February of 2023. The office did speak to her but the noise had only gotten worse. I feel as though the neighbor was angry because I reported her and started to become worse. I had a meeting with the corporate office with this neighbor but again nothing was done. This neighbor ended up moving out later that year. I thought everything was ok but they eventually put another person over me with an autistic child. I was baffled because it felt as though they did this on purpose. I am a 67 year old woman with medical problems. Late at night the child would run and dive off of things around 2-3 o'clock in the morning. I expressed to the leasing office that, again the neighbor was very noisy. I tried to resolve myself because the office was not doing anything. I was forced to move out because I couldn't take the noise anymore. The leasing office was very disrespectful and didn't listen to any of my problems. I had a leak in my apartment but no one came and checked. When I asked why they didn't check the manager rudely said that they only went to the apartment upstairs where the leak was coming from. When moving out I found out that there was mold in my apartment that I had no idea of. This was the issue why I was becoming sick and didn't know why. I did not move out because I wanted to, I moved out because I had to.

  I moved here in November, 2022. I was immediately attacked by my neighbor upstairs. She had informed while moving in that the leasing officer at the time, had informed her to keep a watch as to who would come and leave my apt., which i felt was very weird., after i informed dekalb county housing and the leasing office as to what was told to me by this neighbor, stranger things begin to happen to me,as to where the neighbor was offended that i had mentioned it to these people, The neighbor begin to listen for me to shower and get dressed,and when i came out of my apartment, there would be the other neighbors in my building, building 11. They would be just sitting in their cars staring at me, their also was other people who did not live in the building who would come and do the same thing. It had become so stressful that i would stay in my car, not to go through the intimidation and fear of that each day.I told management ******* as well as the police, nothing was done.This had been happening for months,i kept informing ******* she did nothing. ******* used an incident that i had with a friends care giver to give me a lease violation, an argument. ******* immediately sent the violation to the Dekalb County Housing, whereas she knew some of the people that she had worked with would find this violation in her favor, and terminate my voucher as they did.The lady in Compliance,*************** did not hear me when i was basically crying out for assistance with the neighbor who was causing me to live in fear, but she heard the complaint from ******* because she was the community manager. I had complained to the corporate office time and time again for help with no reply., today i am homeless because Dekalb county housing keep changing the date for me to come in for an informal hearing, because of the relationship they have with one another, causing me to suffer because of my complaint with the neighbor who was causing me to live in fear.
