    Brothers Gutters of Buckhead installed new HydroFlo gutter guards on existing 6 gutters around house. Full cleaning and tune-up of gutter is included. 20-year warranty and no clog guarantee. They did a great job! They are very honest. Also, they were contracted to fix a Downspout Drain Overflow. They could not fix the problem and gave us a full refund. Will always recommend their gutter guards product and great work.

    Im writing this review after a long and frustrating experience with Brother Gutters. I had gutters installed by them on June 2022. Nearly 3 years later, in May 2025, I discovered serious water damagewater was leaking through the fascia board and even dripping from the floodlight underneath my roof. Naturally, I assumed this was a roofing issue and immediately called Dr ***** Dr **** came out on May 12, 2025, and clearly identified the problem as poor gutter installation. This improper installation caused water to back up under the roof, leading to significant damage. He documented this in his inspection report and photos. That same day, I contacted Brother ******* They agreed to lower the gutters and replace a couple feet of rotted fascia board under warranty. However, when I asked them to address the broader damage caused by their installation, they refused all responsibility. The owner, *******, only called me back after multiple attempts to reach him. Despite me sharing inspection results and reportseven his own crew admitted the damage would not have occurred if the gutters were properly installedMichael still denied any responsibility, insisting this was purely a "roof issue."Ive made over 20 attemptscalls, texts, emailsto have him come out in person, inspect the issue, and work with me on covering the damages. His response was consistently dismissive and evasive. To this day, he refuses to take accountability for the damage his companys work caused.Its incredibly frustrating to deal with a company that wont stand by their work or take ownership of mistakes. I now face thousands in potential roof repairs, including structural damage that may only be revealed once we open up the roof. My experience has been costly, time-consuming, and needlessly stressful due to their poor installation and complete lack of customer service or responsibility.

    Unfortunately this review is full of misrepresentations and untruths. This installation was completed by another location that has since closed - I took over this service area. I honored the warranty to the letter and corrected what the roofer thought should be corrected. Unfortunately, Mr. ****** has a roof that has had multiple patches and has significant problems (most likely for several years now). Our pictures from the time of install shows that there was already roof damage at that time. There are soft spots (rotted wood) in multiple other areas where there were no gutter issues. We always stand behind our work and when someone requests for modifications we are happy to make them. I made sure to make the requested adjustments and fix the wood damage that the roofer thought was caused by it.Our call logs, emails, and text message records do not back up Mr. ******** claims regarding our communications. He's even calling me by a completely different name despite our email exchange which clearly shows my proper name. His roofer took pictures on May 12th in the afternoon and I was in communication with Mr. ****** early the next morning. This was only about three business hours after Mr. ****** had received the photos from his roofer (I have the time stamps from the email he forwarded me). Furthermore, the roofer is not claiming that the gutter install caused the roof damage - only the fascia which we fixed.We were out there within one week of Mr. ****** reaching out to us. The only reason it took us an entire week to get out there to fix his gutter was that he declined the first several appointment times we offered as he wanted to be there when we came out. Otherwise we would have been there far sooner.Overall, it deeply saddens me that Mr. ****** is choosing to blame us for the problems that he has with his roof. We are a family owned business and will make good where we have made mistakes. However, we do not make a practice of paying for problems that we are not the cause of.
