    I have brought a two cars from them from the beginning the cars have been messed up first car check engine light came on as soon as I drove off the car had 30 day warranty brought it back twice to them they said they fix the problem never did so four months later the car breaks down so then they switch the car to a different car had it it for two weeks I had to bring it back to them so they can fix it they had the car from October 6 to October 27 thinking they fix the problem but they did not told them about what going on send me to one mechanic that they deal with and he tells me two different things so then they tell me to bring back because they order a part when I brought it back they said it was not that and dont know what going on that the car has been crash but the car has not been crash when I had the car I believe they are scamming people and I believe they are going through people insurance without there permission Im waiting for my insurance to verify if any claims have been made but this company is selling used car with problems that called lemons car and they charge me one amount and the. On my paperwork it shows double the interest amount they are clearing codes to the car with a machine instead of fixing the problem of the car I would like a refund or all my money spent on these cars put together from what I spent on insurance car payments and down payments or I would like the car that I just got from them to be fix that has a warranty on the car

    Ellis Auto Service Center is a family-owned automotive repair and accessories shop. We do not buy or sell vehicles. Our sole focus is on providing honest mechanical services, accessories, and guidance to our valued clients. We take pride in our reputation, and our ****** reviews reflect the integrity and care we bring to every customer interaction.


    This evening, I spoke directly with Ms. ***** ******, who confirmed that the vehicles in question were purchased from a separate business named Ellis Motors, not Ellis Auto Service Center. Ellis Motors can be reached at ************. According to public records, their legal business address is *****************************************************, though they operate under the names Ellis Motors out of Pro Body Shop, located at ******************************************************


    It appears that the BBB has inadvertently associated Ellis Motors phone number with our business profile on the BBB site as well, which may have contributed to the confusion. In my conversation with Ms. ****** on the phone this evening, she acknowledged the distinction between our businesses and stated her intent to contact the BBB to correct the error.


    We understand how the shared Ellis name may cause confusion, but we want to ensure that our companys record remains accurate and untarnished. My husband and I have proudly operated Ellis Auto Service Center for nearly two years, and we remain committed to transparency, quality service, and respectful treatment of every customer.


    Thank you for your attention to this matter. We sincerely hope Ms. ****** receives a fair resolution with Ellis Motors and Pro Body Shop, and we appreciate your help in ensuring that our business is not mistakenly implicated. Please contact us back with any questions.
