Horrible experience with service department! Was overcharged for oil change and lied to about the services performed on my vehicle! Despite wait over an hour for an oil change, I now have to go back for the remaining services wasting even more of my time.Initial Complaint

Purchase Date: November 16th, 2024 The car i purchased the engine light came on 4 days after having it, i did my diligence by contacting the dealership so they can correct any issues. After the dealership service technician told me nothing else should go wrong and i should have it happen again. Couple weeks after, it happened again. Then all the warning lights came on the dash. I took it to the dealership they said they ran tests, test drove and fixed the issue and it shouldn't come back on. Right after the same issue happened ********* i went to *** dealership, (the brand of my car) so they can run a full diagnostic on the car after running the diagnostic the technician informed me that the front struts in my car are really bad and needs to be fixed. Not too mention after going to the tire shop for a new tire i was informed that my front two tires the tread on it is really low and will need to be replaced shortly that odd considering i hadn't had the car 3 months. After having the diagnostics ran the technician told me that the issue is the gas tank and its too much airflow and in the event that it fails the dealership by law will have to keep the car and if it erupts it can potentially blow up. there has to be something that can be done because i was given a bad sale and a car with a lot of problems After talking with ***** ****** in person to fix the vehicle he rudely told me "we will not fix the car"Initial Complaint

On 11/09/2024, I went to Stone Mountain Nissan to get a tune up and fuel induction service on my 2017 Nissan Rogue, I was charged $787.18 for service rendered. I returned to Stone Mountain Nissan the following week because my Nissan Rogue was riding rough. Employee at Nissan, Mr. ***** ***** assured me that my vehicle was fine after auto technician check it. I returned to Stone Mountain Nissan on 01/04/2025 to get an oil change and tire rotation, upon leaving, Mr. ***** *****, Employee at Nissan, said that my Nissan Rogue needed a tune up and fuel induction service. They were supposedly had done those repairs on 11/09/2024. I'm not sure if Stone Mountain Nissan really did the repairs on 11/09/2024 because they were done in less than an 1 hour and they had a lot of customers that day.Initial Complaint

I recently purchased a *** x3 28i from Stone Mountain Nissan from salesman ***************************** and Ive been experiencing constant issues with it. You know that feeling when you're driving along, and all of a sudden, your car just stops? That's exactly what has been happening to me constantly! Lets take today for example, I was on the highway, and the car just STOPPED, in the middle of traffic and I was nearly totaled by several 18-wheelers with my infant and toddlers in the vehicle! I pulled over, and after some time as usual, the car continued to move forward.*** tried to get in touch with the dealership for support, but unfortunately, I haven't received any help. It's been a frustrating experience, and Im hoping that someone out there can offer some advice or support. It's frustrating to spend your hard-earned money on a vehicle that doesn't meet your expectations.Initial Complaint

On 4/14/24 I purchased a 2021 VW Atlas from Stone Mtn Nissan. When the purchase was made we were told it was a "Certified Pre-Owned" vehicle. My fiance specifically asked if it was a VW *** and we were told yes. The *** Warranty charge was $1300.00 according to our contract. We were told the *** ************* Train warranty included the ******** coverage for us for 12 months / ****** miles. ******** coverage is bumper to bumper for the timeframe listed on the contract. HOWEVER - when my fiance called this *** warranty coverage, she was told that we only had the ************* Train warranty - did not include the ***************** Even though we have our paper that was given to us that says ******** Coverage. Now forward to 6/21/24 when my fiance is getting ready to leave work and come home - her car won't start. Battery is dead - can't be jumped off (that was tried) and she tried to start a claim with ************** Services - and no surprise, no one could be reached... QR code was not able to be scanned and phone number just went to a message that said "they were closed - not working hours". No 24 hr number anything.... So she went through the MyVW app to arrange for a tow, keep in mind with the *** we should only have had a $50 deductible for towing - wrong... To tow the car cost of $153.50 and the cost to replace the battery was $432.64. This was done at a VW dealership in ****** ** (*************** VW). We had the service advisor there, ******, check to see if the vehicle was in fact a VW Certified Pre-Owned vehicle ... and it was NOT! So basically this "Certified Pre-Owned Warranty" they told us we had - is useless. My fiance called Stone Mountain Nissan the day this all happened and absolutely no one seemed to be able to help her. The only information she was given was "You have the warranty, call them". Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!!! This is the worst group of folks we have ever had to deal with!Initial Complaint

I took my car to Stone Mountain Nissan on August 29, 2022 Told the service person that the car was jerking and when you come to a stop it would turn off sometime not all the time. I told him it felt like it was the transmission. Just like it did once before when they had to replace the transmission back in 2014. I purchased the car from them in May 2011 preowned. The service person tells me I need a fuel pump, fuel induction svc, intake cleaner and power steering suction hose total *******. So they fixed all of thatnothing about the transmission at all! I picked the car up on September 2. Had to take the car back on Sept.7 because its still doing the same thing! Then I remember that the transmission was covered by a warranty last timeso when I found it I saw that the fuel pump was on the warranty as well. I told the service person about the warranty. He asked if I had a copy (I said yesdid I have my maintenance papersI said yes). I had to work that Saturday. Sept. 10 he asked for the paperwork. My husband was the one who was taking him the paperwork. He gets there that when the service person say that we can just take the car home and drive it until it gets worse. He didnt as for the paperwork at all. As for as the fuel pump he said we need to do the claim ourselves to get reimbursed. I drove the car about 5 miles and it turns off at the red light. So Ive been driving the to work/still jerking and cutting off from time to time. So I called on Nov.3 spoke with someone in service forgot the name. But I asked to speak with the manager/he responded the manager was there. He wanted to know if he could help. I told him the situation/all I wanted to know was how long and ho much worse did the car need to be/before they can fix it. They can see in their computer that they fix it in 2014. So Im going to take it back to them sometime this week when I have a ride back. But come to find out the person never told the manager. My husband call Nov.7 and spoke to manager.
