I bought what was supposed to be an electrically driven V8 model assembly kit. There are pictures and videos of examples of a working, moving miniature V8 model on the product page. When the item arrived, it was nothing more than a cheap resin mold of a V8 engine. When I investigated for myself, I found that the pictures and videos used were taken from another business who sells the real thing. On February 12, 2025 I order a Teching 4 cylinder engine model through a ******** link. That link sent me to the the BrightBuy site and I proceeded with my order. Later that day I recieve email confirmation that stated I had ordered :LIMITED EDITION ??Teching V8 Car Engine Model Kit Qty: 1 STYLE: 4-CYLINDER BUY MORE SAVE MORE: BUY 1 Shipping Address ***** ******** ************************************************************************************************** ********** **************************** Payment Paid on: Feb 12, 2025 Sub total: $36.95 Shipping fee: $4.95 Total: $41.9 The product that arrived on March 10, 2025 is not the model kit that I ordered. . It is a poorly designed piece of pot metal junk with no moving parts and barely resembles the Teching engine model kit. Further, the paint job is horrible. I went to this website and purchased a bra on February ******* was finally delivered on March 1st I believe. It is not made well and does not fit by any means to my specifications. And it cannot be fixed because it's made for somebody at least 5 to 6 in taller than I am.Their website says they take full responsibility if not satisfied. Picture attached. Which in my mind means full refund. Instead they want to give me half of my money back and let me shop for 50% off at a different site that I will never go to. This business has no way to get ahold of them, no phone number provided, only an answer 3 questions and we will get back to you. I reply request a return refund over and over and over and only get a email back saying we havent heard from you when I have all the email threads replies.
