We got a room from the quality inn on Jan 22 and left the next day 23rd. We checked in and they said they needed a ****** deposit for the night. About 2 hours later some man starts screaming at the desk since we were on the first floor. He screamed about 10 minutes and the desk girl came and they started screaming at each other for about 20 minutes. We were really scared and afraid to leave the room. He finally left when she called the police. We checked out the next morning around 9am. The said that she put the deposit aback on our debit card. About 2 weeks later no refund. I called and called they said I had to talk to ****** or *******. I called and left my name and phone number but no call. Finally some girl said that one of the towels were dirty and they were keeping the deposit. So I started calling again finally another girl said all the towels were dirty and that is why they were keeping the deposit. My husband called the corporate office because he said that was not right. He called and said that the quality inn was not corporate and there was nothing he could do. We have not heard back from him. They have no pictures of the dirty towels. There was one hand towel we used to wipe our hands on from dinner since we were afraid to leave the room. Anther guy said they kept his ***** deposit and left the motel. There is no way those towels were dirty. We spent the night and left. We would really appreciate some help with this. My sister in law ****** ***** made the reservation for us and under *******************. Thank you.
