              In November 2023 I have paid this company the amount of $80 dollars to deliver a box with groceries and used clothing goods for my family. The box arrived damaged and half empty. My family spent Christmas with no food and nothing to wear. The company is responsible of delivering the box the same way I shipped. I contacted the company and I was told that a report will be generated but after trying to contact the company a few times to follow up on it, nobody is getting back to **** worked very hard trying to accomplish with what I can and I also complied with a payment to the company. I am requesting a refund of $80 plus $200 dollars to compensate the lost items and the abuse.
