No one deserves to receive the kind of inconsistent, unprofessional and, quite frankly, gaslighting service that I received from this company. Although the preparer appears to be knowledgeable and initially personable, I had to follow up multiple times on what they said they were going to do (even though they were paid in full beforehand), they refused to apologize for their lack of professionalism and integrity and instead decided to overload on personal details of their life, play the victim and say that I had anger issues and a bad attitude for holding them accountable. Amazing.I shared their total lack of professionalism with three other professional tax preparers and they all said that I should report the experience (for the record, I gave the preparer a heads up and she didn't even care about my doing this; I also have a text thread to prove just how ridiculous the final exchange was; she had to get the last word, had a ton of pride and acted way too familiar with me for me to be a client).When you are paying good money for a service, you deserve someone who will keep their word, is accountable and gracious and will apologize when they totally drop the ball, not someone who acts like their incompetents are somehow your fault.Again, she is knowledgeable; just make sure to hold her to the fire on what she claims she will do and when. Don't let her try and turn things on you like she did her best to do to me.
