First Week in February: My roof was inspected by 5 roof professionals ( 4 roof contractors and 1 Insurance Adjuster). It was documented that I DID NOT need a new roof. Insurance Adjuster denied claim. Roof is in its 12th years of a 35-year-life, ( Architectural Shingles). A 6th roofer, Enduring Roofing states The life of your roof is over. The other 5 Professionals concluded that minor repairs were needed at roof's edge just above master bedroom and master bedroom. Even with the belief that The Life of My Roof Was Over Enduring Roofing agreed to stop the leaks by repairing the initial bedroom and bathroom leaks "plus everything else for $700. He called it a " Complete Roofing Tune-up". That was February 16, 2022. Heavy rain days in MARCH and JUNE JULY revealed that his Complete Roof Tune-up was just an upsell tactic. My roof leaked in the SAME EXACT SPOTS after the heavy rains His own After Repair photos show that his technicians Never repaired the roofs edge directly above my master bath or master bedroom.When asked to repair leaks for which I originally hire him to repair, his statement is Since we Never initially repaired @that area, (but repaired an area 10 feet above, that area is not under warranty. He called them new leaks.In reality, the same ceiling stains have just gotten wider and darker. The current leaks and ceiling stains are in the EXACT location as they were before Enduring Roofing was contracted to repair leaks in my master bedroom and master bathroom on February 16, 2022. Since the same ceiling stains have gotten wider and wetter its obvious that Enduring Roofing may have dis some work, but not the work I hired them to complete.REPAIR ROOF AREA THAT CAUSE CEILING STAINS IN MASTER **************** BATHROOM On last visit, workers walked off job site w/o doing any repairs . To this day Enduring Roofing has NEVER PATCHED ANY AREA OF THE ORIGINAL ROOF EDGE LEAK for which I hired them to complete.
