I had contacted Paige ************************************* (Paige Beni) in mid September 2021 about a family photo session on ****************** on 12/29/2021 and subsequently paid her a reserve of $ ***** via credit card per her policy. She had indicated that the remainder of the balance was due after the shoot on 12/29 by which I could pay in cash, card, or Venmo. Paige arrived in a timely manner on 12/29 and a family photo session was presumably conducted at that time. I say presumably because I do not know if she was actually taking photos or just pretending to take photos. After the session, I paid her $350 in cash by which she texted me back indicating that the return text would act as a receipt. She had stated at that time that it would be a few weeks due to editing and she would email a link to the photo gallery. In latter Feb, I had not received any communication and decided to reach out to Paige regarding the status of the photo package that I paid in full for. At that time, she stated that the phots where sent and that there must have been an e-mail mix up. I re-sent her my email as expected. After hearing nothing back, I again made contact and she indicated that there was a problem with the archiving system that she uses and that she no longer had access due to time expiration. Due to experience with other photographers, I thought this was rather strange. She had indicated that the photos would need re-edited and to give her time. After deadline failures, excuses on her part ranging from personal issues to other work demands, she still as not forwarded me the gallery link. Upon contact via text on April 4, 2022, I bought up the issue of refund by which she stated that services have been rendered by which I responded disagreement due to having no product whatsoever from her. At this point, I would like to seek a full refund of $ 400 from her and would consider the matter closed. However, I would consider delivery of the product closure as well.
