      I have been a customer of *********************** since 2021. I have not been particularly happy the last 5 years. I pay every year in December for the entire next year. This year I get an invoice for the first time in my email about a past due 3 days before Christmas. I called and was treated poorly and was in discussions back and forth. They said I had a past due from 2017 for renewing on Dec 28th instead of December 14th and apologized after many calls. I called December 29th because someone came to my house and I canceled service. I am being billed for that service as they say it was the start of a NEW year. I never gave them authorization to sign me up. I was never aware that the new year starts on December 29th. They knew I was unhappy. I called and was also treated poorly and have already hired another company who came out on January 26th of the real new year 2023. I need an invoice saying that I am paid in full.

      Hired Top Turf to treat my front AND backyard, including the areas where there was no sod but was seeded. They treated the whole area in the beginning. Then slowly they reduced the area to only the sodded areas. Then two weeks ago their technician show up, spent LESS THAN TWO MINUTES (including starting his machinery AND retracting the hose), barely treating some of the front yard. I have all this on video from my Ring camera and their customer ********************** person, ****************, proceeds to tell them they treat the back yard first (ZERO motion or video from my backyard Ring to show that), then continued to tell me the salesman that sold the project is no longer at the company, so they cant prove that they were supped to treat the entire backyard. When I asked for the final bill, the were quick and happy to send me the full amount due, even though the very reason for my cancellation was that they BARELY treated JUST PART OF MY FROMT YARD. This is how a service company is NOT to behave.

      Top Turf provided an unauthorized service on my lawn and inappropriately charged my credit card approximately $30. A dispute was filed with my credit card company and I was refunded. Top Turf has repeatedly called me and left voicemails for months despite me asking them to stop calling me.

      Back in July ************************************************************************************************* it so I call top turf they said someone would come out when they came out he said he didnt know why that was happening so he gave me another treatment the problem didnt go away so the next time it got worse still talking to top turf about the problem nothing happen talk to one supervisor he said I water to much that when I cancel my service .So now my lawn is dead early September Dont used them poor customer ********************** an untrained tech.
