      On December 15 I made an order for a clipper set with a turbo jet blower. Oder #***** the purchase was $495.53. I began reaching out, first through contact number that told me they were to understaffed to answer calls and to email. So I began emailing on Dec 29 asking for updates. Was told that the products were being upgraded and that it would be 3 weeks before shipment. I then emailed on Jan 18th and was told the same thing again. Next email I sent was on Feb 8, and the last one sent on March 6th ( which I still have not receive email back from them on). I also had another employee make a purchase for the same product they declared was what was taking so long. She made order on Dec ****************************** middle of February. I have asked multiple times for refund and just get the run around.

      I order an expensive clipper set in December of 2023. It is now March of 2024. I have not received my order, nor can I get anyone to answer the phone or Email. Now their website doesn't even work.

      I have requested a refund and order cancellation and I keep getting the run around. When I call the number listed no one answers and all Ive gotten is an AI response from a chat. All I want is my order cancelled and they still havent cancelled it.

      I never received the product I ordered. It hasnt even been shipped after almost 3 months. When I try to put in a claim, it does not let me and there is no way to contact the company. The website address also says the server isnt working.

      I ordered the turbo jet air duster on 2/13/24, it is now 3/14/24 and I have yet to receive my product. The barbernation website states shipping takes 3-5 business days and evidently this is not true. I paid for a product that I havent received. I have attempted contacting the company and ONE time they said the shipping is delayed due to an UPGRADE on the product and that I would receive a separate email with tracking info. I have yet to receive ANYTHING. In the last 7 days, I have send them an email TWICE inquiring about my purchase and they have yet to respond. At this point, I DEMAND a refund of the total cost. I EXPECT to hear something within 24 *********** be SURE to spread the word about this unprofessional, unreliable company

      In the beginning of February 2024 I spent $301 on hair tools from the merchants site to which they had never arrived after waiting well over a month and when I reached out to said merchant they did not resolve the issue. They had apologized to me then became un reachable/ un helpful. I have not received my hair equipment or a refund and their site will not load for me, no answer through email or their customer support. I was expressed that I am recovering from my hair equipment getting stolen and they are no better than the people here that vandalized and took from me. I am extremely depressed and not dealing well with this situation. Barbernation has contributed to my depleted mental mental health as a Black, disabled active duty Army Veteran and I demand justice and fairness. Either refund me or give me my equipment so that I can rebuild my business.
