    I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the services provided by Results Property Management in ********, GA. I have conducted business with the company for over five years. While our relationship initially showed promise—particularly with members of the team —the overall quality and professionalism of this company has deteriorated significantly over time.

    Over the past year in particular, I have experienced:

    Repeated failures in communication regarding the status and condition of managed properties

    Lack of timely updates on tenant issues, maintenance concerns, and property performance

    Severe unresponsiveness to emails, calls, and direct inquiries (takes several emails/text messages spanning over months before you get a response sometimes)

    Poor record-keeping and documentation, making it nearly impossible to track income, repairs, and tenant changes

    Outstanding funds owed to me dating back to June, for which I have received no response or explanation, despite multiple attempts to follow up via email, text voice messages all to no avail. Who can afford to wait months before getting paid?

    This level of mismanagement is unacceptable for any property management firm. The trust I placed in Results Property Management has been eroded by months of silence, unresolved issues, and what appears to be a clear lack of accountability.

    It is unfortunate that my experience has come to this point after several years of doing business together. The professionalism, lack of communication and operational standards of the company has declined significantly. Please do yourself a favor and run in the opposite direction. I absolutely would not recommend doing business with Results Property Management to anyone seeking reliable, transparent, or trustworthy property management services. Take you business elsewhere; you will save yourself a lot of heartache and stress.

    We absolutely did have a breakdown in communication recently due to office turnover, software issues, and health-related absences and I have had to make many apologies and still making amends with a few clients.  Payments were submitted and sent directly to the client on 08/06/2025, and I was unaware of the complaint until 8/19/2025 due to incorrect email address being submitted. I do not run a large company, and have down-sized greatly over the last two years to keep situations like this from happening. Sincerest apologies to this client who was a great property owner and takes pride in knowing that her tenants are happy and taken care of properly.
