    Earlier this year, after Hurricane ******, my husband hired this company. I was out of town at the time and the service removed 12 trees, not 8 though he couldn't have known that I was supposed to be the decision maker on that given I am the primary owner of the house as well as the businesses which reside in it. My husband is not listed on the house.He provided a $7000 "estimate" which we provided to insurance. We thought insurance approved it since he went to work. We find out the day after that insurance said they wanted a more detailed estimate and that this company has refused to provide it to them. We have contacted them through phone and email and they have refused to provide the detailed final invoice to us either. They keep saying they will send it, but it has been several months now and generally they are ignoring us. Both insurance and **** are stating we are going to have to repay parts of our payment because we did not obtain the final detailed invoice. We should be getting more money since it is almost twice as much as insurance had for tree removal.
