    I am writing to document an incident involving the towing of my vehicle from my apartment complex on Friday, February 14, 2025, at approximately 11:00 PM. I became aware of the towing on Sunday, February 16, 2025, when I attempted to use my vehicle to attend church services. Upon discovering its absence, I promptly contacted your establishment to retrieve my vehicle.Before completing any requisite paperwork, I requested an opportunity to inspect my vehicle for potential damages, drawing upon my professional experience in the insurance industry. During this inspection, I identified damages beneath the tailgate toward the front left of the vehicle, as well as to the right tire and rim. I reported these findings to ********, who provided me with additional documentation to detail the observed damages, which I completed and retained a copy for my records.******** advised me to follow up on Monday, February 17, 2025, and to speak with *****, assuring me that the documentation concerning the damages would be on his desk. Accordingly, I placed two calls on Monday: the first at 9:51 AM, during which I was advised to call back after 11:00 or 12:00; and the second at 2:13 PM, during which a message was taken with the promise to relay it to *****. As of this writing, I have not received any communication from *****.I am providing this account to share my experience and to establish a documented record of my communication attempts. This serves to formally notify your establishment through multiple channels, should any further issues arise concerning my vehicle. Thank you for your attention to this matter. God Bless!

    ***** did review the footage from the time it was picked up until the customer came to get it. The vehicle was towed properly and there was no damage that did not pre-exist.

    On February 16, 2025, at 11:26 AM, I inquired with ******** about the damages, notes, remarks, special instructions section of the paperwork that was provided to me, which I still have in my possession. She confirmed that this section is where any visible damages would have been noted prior to the towing of my vehicle. Given that this section is completely blank, it is entirely reasonable for me to suspect that Kennesaw Wrecker Service, Inc. is fully liable for the damages my vehicle sustained.

    Additionally, I spoke with my property management representative, ******, who confirmed that my vehicle was towed illegally. He also stated that Kennesaw Wrecker Service, Inc. and The Indy have an agreement in place, and my vehicle did not fall under any of the provisions outlined in that agreement.

    That being said, this response is for documentation purposes, and I appreciate the refund that was provided.

    We do not have a website and we do not give towing prices out and then change them. I dont know what towing company was used, but it was not ours.

    So I only have ********************************************************************************************************************************************* my life this company was call to do a jump start for my car by the police the 1st guy that said he didnt have jumper cables but he would send another driver who would have the driver comes dosent have cables said he has over 20 years experience trys to. Drag the car onto the flat bed we he metal break and I tell him to you have messed up my car and after only towing 1 block he said its 200 for the tow give him my card and the card machine is down so they cant process the card so I give him all information to process the next day I make the dispatch agent aware he mess up my car and would call back the next day when they were open to address the problem call back the next got the run around for a week then I get a call telling me I tried to not pay for the 200 tow never really having concern about my issue and its never been a issue of the 200 I Dont know anyone in ******* that would pay you 200 for your service but allow you to just blow them off about a major problem to there property is a idiot then he says he will talk to his driver and get back with me to this day Ive call back literally 30 to forty times to talk it over then I call back now they have a office manager that dosent ever talk he had them to tell me to send pics the damage is under the car so I cant give him pics I challenge the to send it to any shop and ************************* could see the only way this could have happened

    We towed this mans car to a location, he gave a credit card to pay the tow bill, but the transaction was declined. We tried it the next day after having a successful transaction go through, and it was declined again. He does not intend to pay us for our services. Then he suddenly claims that his car does not work. How can you trust someone who will not pay you in the first place. We have asked him to bring it there to look at or to take pictures and he refuses. At this point, we can no longer help him .

    My car was towed last week and upon retrieving it from wrecker (C *****) my car sustained a broken brake line and almost failed to stop on the road several times. I attempted to call the office numerous times throughout the week to resolve the issue with a manager and prevent unnecessarily having to harm their business, but I had no such luck getting a contact back. Its hard enough out here serving this country and now I have to go the legal route just to make businesses do the right thing. There are so many other bad reviews on this business and it is so sad that the **** police department uses them regularly.

    I am rejecting this response because this company has made zero effort to get into contact with me, even attempt to review their camera footage or right the wrong they committed to my vehicle. Simply asking a driver (in this case the drivers name is **************) if he had preformed any procedures improperly without evidence that proves that back up that claim is wrong. Of course it is in the drivers best interest to say he did nothing wrong. At this point I am pursing the legal route. I have tried to get this company to the right thing. This companies gross negligence could have cost me my life and others. I hope no one ever has to go through what I am going through right now.

    If you have fixed your vehicle, which I hope you have, bring a copy of the bill and I will give it to the driver who did the damage that you claim. Then you can show him how he damaged it. If he and the manager both agree, then we will refund you.

    My car was parked at my apartment complex. My car was wrongfully towed by Kennesaw Wrecker. They damaged my car. I went to their location to get my car. They acknowledged that they damaged my car. They said they would order the parts to repair it. I have been there numerous times and called them many times. It has been over 4 months and they have not attempted to reconcile this matter. It appears they have no intention of repairing my car

    Kennesaw Wrecker Service is a criminal organization. They use race in determining who to target. They also steal cars parked legally. My car was legally parked with a parking permit displayed which I pay for monthly. There is absolutely no legitimate reason for my car to be stolen by this company. No sign said I couldn't park and no notice exists. I was legally parked at the place where I live with a marking sticker I pay for to legally park in the spot I was in. The tow truck driver was in the parking lot and watched me park my car and the second I turned the corner, ran and stole my car. I did not think anything about a tow truck being in the parking lot because I lived there and had a parking permit. Why would a tow truck sitting in a parking lot surrounded by black people all stand and watch a white male park his brand and find it cute to wait for him to go inside before swooping in to steal his car. If there was a concern they could have said something to me, right? There was no sign where I was parked which is a violation of 44-1-13. Also, the sign which does exist on the other side of the lot only says " no unauthorized" parking. I HAVE A PARKING PERMIT because I live here. This company is full of criminals.

We do not tow anyones vehicle unless we are asked to do so by security or office management. I dont know the circumstances on this one, but I could look into it if necessary.

    I am rejecting this response because this business is lies. This business illegally stole my car and damaged it. The sign of true evil is the fact that you have thick glass maybe bulletproof in front of your desk because obviously when you ruin peoples lives and severely hurt people financially and when you know you are illegally harming people, one day a victim of yours may snap. You also have many warning signs at your office about calling police on your victims. After someone has their car unlawfully removed basically stolen by you, and then you hold their car ****** for cash before you give it back and then when they come in are met with unprofessional rude staff waiting for any reason to call the police who you are colluding with and giving kickbacks too leaving victims helpless is heavy s*** going on. You driver watched me park my car and the 2nd I went in the building he rushed to steal my legally parked car in a legal spot and with a paid parking permit. He could have said something to me if he was under the impression that I was illegally parking instead of making a game out of it and targeting me based on my race and that I had a nice car. 

    Then after being harmed due to both my race and car for no legitimate reason, I had to pay $175 cash to a bunch of b****** with attitude treating me like I was a criminal. 

    I am a good person who helps many people. I Volunteer, donate, help strangers, and I am very kind. I avoid confrontation and believe in peace.  Your company put me in a position where you stole my car, damaged it, targeted me personally, were rude to me, caused me sever anxiety so bad that I couldn't leave my bed all weekend and destroyed me. Therefore, I wish you the same evil you put on me. You chose to destroy my life and in return I ****% stand by my wishes to you and your family.  You are evil. You hurt a realty good person. You targeted me. After harming me, you were nasty to me.  I was the very quite and polite person who came in to get my car without argument or incident. I was so calm and peaceful which is why you probably wouldn't even remember me. This is how I acted even after you stole my car. The fact that I was made to feel like I was a bad person and a criminal shows the type of people and company you are.  You are destroying lives with your unlawful activities. 

    You deserve everything I wish on you because you to a perfectly kind hearted person going through tough times and destroyed me. After taking egregious actions against a stranger like me it is only fair for me.to pray and wish the universe gives you the same pain you cause others. 

    It doesn't take anymore energy to be nice yet you choose to the path of pure evil.

    I am rejecting this response because: 

    Kennesaw Wrecker Service has retaliated against me for making a complaint. The place where I live told me that Kennesaw Wrecker called them and told them I acted crazy when I went to pick up my car and that they have a video evidence they are sending to my landlord. This adds on to the patter on lying from this company. I also asked my landlord to please get a copy of the video with sound and everything as I was one of the nicest humble, kind customer to ever walk in their office, especially after they illegally stole my car. Kennesaw Wrecker, further defamed me and lied about me to my landlords company in attempt to harass me and make me look bad although I was an innocent victim. Attacking your own victim after you harmed them is a concern for the whole community. 

    Further, The driver ******, and security guard are involved in illegal kickbacks and profit sharing from their illegal scheme. Is your company part of the illegal scheme or did the driver act on his own? The building I live at firmly stated that it was 100% Kennesaw Wrecker acting on their own and that there was no way in h*** they as property owners requested a tow that evening. 

    This company also is subject to a $2,500 fine from the government for violation of Rule 570-38-7-.13 Maximum Rates Established by the Department. The sign on the property states tow is $150 and storage is $15 However I was charged $175.  The issue is the law says its illegal so charge storage fee within 24 hours of the tow. 

    Also, the tow signs are not in compliance with Rule 570-38-7-.14 Signs Specifications. There is not time frame stated on the signs stating what times you can and cant park in the lot. Also, there is no sign at entrance and there was no signs visible from where I was parked in an unmarked parking spot. 

    The previous response mentioned security potentially called, however, per law: A towing and storage firm shall not perform nonconsensual towing unless the requested nonconsensual towing movement is specifically and individually requested on the day the removal takes place from the real property owner or his contractually-designated agent. The request must specifically identify and request removal of the vehicle or vehicles to be towed or removed. WHO REQUESTED the tow, are they in your agreement, and are they authorized to have cars towed from the private property. 

    Also, ARE you 100% sure your contract with the building documents the correct circumstances per law which states: " It shall be unlawful and a violation of these Rules for a towing and storage firm to engage in nonconsensual towing without an authorized contract signed by the property owner or other authorized agent for the property owner of the subject property and the towing company in the form prescribed by the Department. A copy of the contract shall be made available to the Department representatives, upon request. The contract must contain the name, address and phone number of the respective towing company, the location of the impoundment facility, and hours of operation. The contract may contain costs for removal of the vehicle and the charges for storage of towed vehicles, in which case such costs and charges shall not exceed those authorized by this Subchapter. The contract must also contain the names and contact number(s) of the person(s) authorized to request the removal of a vehicle from said property."

    You are involved in serious criminal activity and hopefully this matter escalates into a criminal matter so we can expose all your illegal activities. I'm sure this is just the tip of it.

    Kennesaw wrecker has been involved in illegal towing in the parking lot for the ***** Kennesaw apartments (***************************************************). They towed my car in an area that is missing the signage needed to tow legally. As ********* nonconsensual towing law states "Owners of private property shall be required to place signs at each designated entrance to a parking lot or parking area where parking prohibitions apply. Where there is no designated entrance"... however as seen in attachments 1,2, and 3 no such signage exists around the area of the lot entrance. The only signage that shows for the company is located by the designated entrance to the parking deck and not the parking lot (see attachment 4). As stated by the department of safety No vehicle shall be relocated from private property which does not, at the time of the tow and for at least 24 hours prior thereto, have signs posted which are in substantial compliance with the provisions of paragraphs (1) through (3)". Kennesaw wrecker did not have the proper signage to conduct towing.

    There are about 10 signs located at the *****.  When security or other personnel contact us we verify the signs are up at the time of impound.  By law there only has to be a sign at each entrance of the property. I will get someone to take a photo of the sign and send it to you.

    My nephew car was illegal towed to this establishment on 11/4/2022. After speaking with their staff regarding the matter on 11/4/2022 and 11/4/2022, he was informed that he could pay the $190 tow/service fee. He advised the staff at that time that the car will not crank up and he had a tow company coming to retrieve the car. The staff informed him that he had to come into the office, pay the fee, and he could retrieve his vehicle. My nephew arrived at the establishment and once he paid the fee to retrieve his car, he was informed that he could only go on the lot to get his personal property from the vehicle, but the tow truck company could not come on the premise to retrieve his vehicle. The owner., *************************** was contacted by the staff and advised to inform my nephew he was calling the cops because he was at that time trespassing on his property. My nephew asked if he could push his car off their property since he paid to retrieve it and was informed that he could not do so. The owner, ***************************, called the police to state my nephew was trespassing on his property. My nephew was in turn was advised to contact the police regarding the matter. My nephew also asked the staff if they could provide to him their policy regarding vehicle retrieval and why this information was not provided to him during the numerous conversations he had with the staff at this establishment. He was advised that the owner change policy or the way he governs his business as he see fit. This is bad business practices and it is appalling that this is the company ********************************* use to when they request for cars to be towed. How can a company discuss with someone that they can retrieve their vehicle, knowing the car was disabled and in need of a tow to be transported, confirm that they can pick it up, and once they get there to get to the facility, pay the fees to retrieve the car, is advised they have to wait 2 days to actually get their property.

    From what I understand your nephew caused a scene and blamed ** for illegally taking his car when the police had it impounded. We do not question their motives. If his car was in the road and blocking the flow of traffic it has to be towed. Your nephew had the police called on him because of his behavior. In the end we worked it out so that the tow company could get his car. When you come into a business it is not a good idea to act out or curse at any of the employees. We do not tolerate that.

    Per the complaint sent regarding this matter, this companies embodies bad business practices. My nephew discussed picking up his car before he got to the lot. I was on the phone with him while he was at the establishment. He paid for his vehicle and in turn was told to pick it up on Monday. The entire incident could have been avoided if staff were in place that were trained on how to interact with customers and the owner did not try to hold the vehicle hostage for 2 days. This company need to retrain staff and the owner should be advised on business practices.

    My car was towed on 10/28/22. I called the next day (10/29/22) and they said I could pick up my car I arrived with my tow truck and they refused to let us in. Then the front dest receptionist said I could pay $100 to have their company tow it 5 ft away. They have no website with their company policy and the lady at the desk told me 5 different things. They refused to release my car and they charge daily for storage. I was literally there with a tow truck and they refused to open the gates. I called the police to help sort it out and because its a private business nothing could be done. She then proceeded to tell me she would only release my car if she wanted to. If their policy is to release cars if they feel like it thats unacceptable. There are multiple complaints about fraud and damages to personal belongings. This place needs to be shut down due to the amount if complaints and basic disregard for the law.

    No one is happy when they have their car impounded. We have certain procedures and paperwork that is required of us before we release a car to anyone. We do not release vehicles after dark. I dont know what time you came up there but there most likely was a reason why they couldnt release it at that time which I will investigate. Our company is fair to all people but there are rules that we have to abide by. We did not make the rules we just enforce them. This often makes people unhappy when they dont get what they want.
