  Finally a company that is completely honest and excellent. So far I have worked with Retro Roofers on one residential property and two commercial buildings. They are very thorough and professional and excellent communicators.

  Excellent, efficient, clean work. **************** was spot on and they left our property cleaner than when they arrived. The crew was at work first thing in the morning and left mid afternoon with a complete roof replacement that left our house looking amazing. Highly recommend!!

  This company provides both good workmanship and excellent customer service. On this job they worked hard to blend new work to the existing structure. On a previous job for me, they worked with the insurance company to be sure that I received all the insurance coverage to which I was entitled. Very customer oriented!

  Zero customer service. Had a partial replacement on roof and to say we are unimpressed would be an understatement. Co owner ******* played phone tag with me briefly but once I made payment he stopped. For a company that advertises old school family values they should back up what they preach. Multiple pictures were sent of unsatisfactory work but no response. If a customer is dissatisfied with a project you should as an owner physically come out to see the work. The company showed no interest in that. Offered to paint over interior water spots that werent there until they took the old roof off. I shouldnt have to beg you to come out and look at second rate work. Get off your desk chair and look at the poor workmanship you stand behind. Also this started in November and nothing was started until January with little to no communication. Terrible.

  My husband and I were very pleased with Retro Roofers from start to finish. We had the roofs replaced on our house, garage, and gazebo. Any questions or concerns were answered promptly and taken care. We would highly recommend Retro Roofers.

  I appreciate the quick responses and getting me on the schedule promptly. My need was only replacing an old skylight. ******* recommended the one I needed, not the most expensive one, and the installers did a professional job. They replaced some damaged decking also, at a reasonable price. Thanks Retro Roofing!

  Retro Roofers has just finished their fifth job for us in the last year for our rental properties. Most of the jobs were roof repairs or replacements, but the last job included vinyl siding, gutters and downspouts. We could not be more pleased with their service. They are honest, responsive, prompt, and reliable. Their prices are competitive, and the jobs completed with no surprises.   If you are in need of a new roof or gutter guards, we highly recommend Retro Roofers! We quoted with several other roofing companies and couldnt be happier with our decision! We had an unusually large skylight in our breakfast area and ******* coordinated getting the glass skylight panel sourced and professionally installed, other roofing companies weren't willing to tackle such a tough job but Retro Roofers came through! Their price was competitive and ******* was great to work with! He communicated frequently throughout the whole processno surprises! Their crew was efficient and professional and repaired several areas of our roof decking from our old roof. They completed the job in one day and cleaned up after it was complete. The roof looks fantastic and has increased the curb appeal of our home and with their warranty we can rest assured on the quality of their work. We highly recommend you use them as well!
