1 starUN-RELIABLE!This company has become UN-Reliable! We have been loyal customers for several years but we are DONE! Back in early March, I had made an online appointment through their website for April 2nd for our yearly inspection on the system we purchased from them in 2020. I later was contacted to inform us that there was a glitch in their computer system and they didnt actually HAVE availability until July 30th between 4:00pm- 8:00pm. Told them wed accept it and to put us on the books. We received an email confirmation of this appointment. On Tuesday July 29th, we received a text message from Reliable reminding us of said appointment. We adjusted our own schedules to make necessary arrangements to be home. By 8:30pm, we had NOT seen NOR heard from a technician or anyone else from Reliable. When I called, someone at Reliable informed me that they showed our appointment for Friday, August 1st, between 12:00pm - 4:00pm! I told her I was looking right at my text from them from the night before confirming for July 30th, NOT August 1st! She said it must have been changed. NEITHER my husband nor myself had changed it and NO ONE from Reliable contacted us of any change. Thus, a wasted afternoon/evening. And now, here we are on Friday, August 1st AFTER 4:30pm. NO TECHNICIAN. NO PHONE CALL. NO TEXT MESSAGE. NO CONTACT WHATSOEVER FROM RELIABLE!Reliable Heating and Air obviously doesnt care about their customers or loyalty! Our loyalty to a once good company has been eroded. Their customer service is a joke. We will say goodbye to Reliable Heating and Air and move on to a company with higher standards worth doing business with.We do NOT recommend Reliable!Reliable Heating & Air, Plumbing & Electrical

1 starWe hired Reliable Heating and Air to address what we believed was a minor ** issue. Scheduling was easy, but everything went downhill from there. The first ********** told us the ** was perfect and said the issue was electrical. We were referred to an electrician, who charged us a second fee despite being told it would be waived. We were promised a refund and are still waiting for it weeks later.The electrician completed the fix, but said HV** needed to return to finish the job. The second ********** arrived a week later and contradicted the first, saying our unit had zero refrigerant and pushed for a full system leak test and a $4,000 replacement. He initially told us the system used a nonexistent refrigerant and only gave us the correct info after we pressed him. He claimed he couldnt test the refrigerant without power which is false and refused to explain the conflicting reports.When we asked to speak with a supervisor, he went to his truck to call but refused to let us speak with them. We were promised a callback from a manager named ***** that evening. No one called. The task was left open with no action.The next day, the same tech returned and confirmed there was a leak (just as we originally suspected). He said it was a simple patch, but due to rain, he couldnt complete it. He then changed the price of the repair three times in five minutes, ranging from $600 to $1,800 openly laughing when questioned and asking, What do you think it should be? This behavior was unprofessional, manipulative, and unacceptable. I told him I didnt trust him and would speak with management. Still, no one from the company has reached out or answered our questions.This has dragged on for weeks, and we still have no working ** in the middle of summer in *******. We are now requesting:1.Immediate, professional completion of the repair with proper communication, OR 2.A full refund for the service fees paid to both the HV** tech and electrician.Review fromKarlton D

1 starWorst heating and air company in GaTrane system they installed has broken dow every year in 90 degreee plus heat in July and August since it was installled..They need to completely replace last n of a system they installed and they will not..My pets and I are suffering in a 90 degree house with fans and portable ac which are not enough to keep us cool..Reliables tech failed to repair air and just left my pets and I in a hot house to suffer..We do not have the money net to buy a system that works from another companyReview fromCarl M

1 starAs usual, Un-Reliable is true to their name. Cancelled a service call 3 hours before the appointment I scheduled weeks in advance. I was told there were customer "more important than me". When I tried to reschedule, I was informed it would be 2 months out. Again, I scheduled this call weeks in advance and took off of work to be there... Save your time and money and go elsewhere. They are anything BUT reliable. And there is no way to contact their district and regional management.Review fromMarcie A

1 starTitle: 3+ Weeks Without AC No Manager **** Call Me Back and they will not give me an email to file a complaint!Review:We had two ************ installed by Reliable Heating & Air just 3 years ago. Everything was fine until our upstairs AC failed on June 24.Its now been over 3 weeks without air during peak summer heat. We waited 2 weeks for a part that DIDNT WORK! Now were told we need another part that maybe will arrive in 3-5 business days, then they will schedule the install Ive asked repeatedly to speak with a manager and have not received a single call back. Even worse they wont give me an email address to send a formal complaint. Thats a major red ******* add urgency: we just sold our home and are only leasing it back until this Sunday. The unresolved AC issue is now threatening to complicate our move and put additional stress on our family.We paid top dollar for a premium system and were told there would be no service charges yet here we are, with no working system, no timeline, and NO ACCOUNTABILITY from management!Extremely disappointed in this experience. Reliable Heating & Air has not lived up to the standards or service they advertise. 1 starI am very disappointed and angry with the technician that came out today on 07/02/25. to give an estimate on replacing both my heating and a/c units.When the technician arrived, my husband asked him to wait outside while he secured our dog. Despite this request the technician entered our home uninvited and stated "I don't have time for this sh@@. I've killed other dogs on people's property: I don't want to kill another one," and then proceeded to slam our kitchen door.This was not only shockingly unprofessional and inappropriate - but it was also unsettling and threatening.I called in to speak to a manager but was told they were in a meeting and the gentleman I spoke to asked how he could help. I told him what happened, and he asked me if I was telling him the truth because we were on a recorded line. I told him yes this just happened.Then the gentleman asked me if I would still be interested in purchasing a new unit. I told him absolutely not that they would never have my business after this.We trusted your company would treat us and our home with respect, but this experience has left us feeling unsafe and disrespected. 1 star**** mistake purchasing a new install. Unit stopped working properly less thn 2 months! Their new install tech cant be reached by their customer service number that is provided the staff has to send them a message and email and they never call you back! 1 starI sent an email per Reliable mgmt advice to cancel the reliable clean plan on May 20th. On 6/16, money was removed from my account to pay for this plan that I cancelled. I call and spoke with ******* on 6/16 who stated she would have **** call me back. No response. I spoke to ********* on 6/18 who stated she would have **** call me back. No response. I came to the ************ location 6/23 and sat inside the building for ***** minutes. I could hear someone in the back but they never came to the front door. I called and spoke to Kemony who took the same information the ******* and ********* took. I will write a ****** review next. All I want is the plan to terminated and my money refunded because I gave the guy who provided maintenance on system in April a different credit card from the one that was on file and asked him to use that one for the plan I got. He did not follow directions and now I want the plan canceled and my money refunded. I have never had to go through this much to get something resolved in my life. Reliables management is not reliable nor responsive to their customers.
