  We highly recommend DH Residential. We have a custom built home 3500 square feet which was damaged during Hurricane ******* They were very professional and finished sooner than I expected and under budget. I have recommended this company many times. ****** *., ********, *******.

  They did not do the work to my satisfaction. When brought to the owner's attention, he did not correct the problem. It will lead to more problems down the in the future.

  Firs* of all my company is a very hard working company. We s*rive *oward excellen* every *ime ou*. i am very amaze a* *his cus*omer decision *o make *hese obscene commi**s abou* his deck. We have buil* small decks like *his a million *imes bye code. He never men*ion no* one *ime, *ha* he was unhappy wi*h *he work. If *here was a problem he should reach ou* *o me abou* *he si*ua*ion and gave me a chance *o fix i*. He ask if i could s*ain *he deck and i *old him he has *o wai* 3 *o 6 mon*hs before he could s*ain *he deck because i* was a pressure *rea*ed wood and i* has chemicals in i* and i* would no* be a good idea a* *his *ime *o seal i* un*il *he chemicals se* in and he said ok. i even when a ex*ra mile and go* him approve for financing bu* he decline my offer because he did no* like *he *erms *ha* my company were offering so he some how go* his own financing. I *ried *o help *his man ou* as much as i could around his house he sold me a door for my business i *ook him *oo *he bank ,we *alk and i ask him if he was sa*isfy wi*h *he work and he said yes every*hing is fine so he never men*ion *ha* *here was a problem. As a homeowner if you don * like some*hing you should be able *o communica*e wi*h your con*rac*or *o a* lease fix *he problem bu* he never said any*hing now he ge*s on line and blas* my company for lack of communica*ion. I *hink i*s a very sad si*ua*ion ou* here for a con*rac*or *o ge* a bad review from a cus*omer who does no* express his *rue feelings *oward *he job. I would have never excep*ed my final paymen* if i *hough* i* was a problem. My company has never had *his happen. This guys was sa*isfy before he gave me *he final paymen* and said every*hing was fine *hen does *his *o my company.   A tree fell on our house during hurricane ******. I contacted ************** and Remodeling to come and look at our house. Mr. ****** showed up the next day in Evans, Ga. He completed his estimate within 36 hours and sent it to me. I hired him since his estimate was the same as the insurance company. While two other contractors said the job would take 2-3 months to complete, Mr. ****** said his company could get it done in 6 weeks. The schedule work started and his crew completed the work in 6 weeks. His crew worked Monday-Thursday from 7:30 to 7:30. On Friday they worked a 10 hour day. Saturday was a 6 hour day. While his crew did the work Mr. ****** would stop by every other day to ensure the work meet his standars and quality. Mr. ****** would call me every other day to give me an update and told me to visit the house during reconstruction to inspect the work and if anything didn't seem right to give him a call and he would have it corrected. If you want quality work and a company with high standards, then I would recommend you to hire ************** and Remodeling for your needs.

  DR ********************** Remodeling worked on two levels of my house that had suffered water damage to a sewer line leak. They were responsible for the reconstruction portion and did an excellent job. Most impressive was the communication between the owner, ***************************. He was in constant contact informing me of what would happen the next few days and getting my approval for any deviations from our original plans. The result was a job that was finished very professionally, on time and in budget. I highly recommend them for your home repair needs.

  m not the best at doing reviews but I have to give credit where credit is due. Our house was built in 1995 and through the years you try and do updates and upgrades but you never really go and change the appearance. I called them because I had a pipe leak and it went into 3 rooms of the house. *************** came out and gave us a quote to repair and replace the damage and repaint the rooms. Well since he was already here we decided to do the whole house and a small job became a huge project. His team came out and started the process and to my surprise they finished in about a week. I have to say that those guys did to our house was simply amazing. I think my wife wanted to kill me but it was perfect timing as she travels for work and was gone most of the week. I stayed home and watched the process and was actually amazed at how they handled it. Im shocked at how great it turned out. I guess I am putting this out there because I think a lot of people are like me and skeptical about people being in their homes. I was worried about our pictures and items through out that *** not be expensive but very sentimental. That team of guys rocked and took such good care of our stuff. What a great team. There was an upstairs team and a downstairs team and I found it odd but very thankful for them. I say odd because *** never had anyone come to me through the process but they would come and get me to show me in detail what was found and to show me what they were doing and how they would proceed. I know this sounds weird but I did not expect the treatment that was given. You would have thought that we were some kind of high level person ya know like the president or something. So long story short. I cant say enough about them. No matter the size of the job I would hire this group of workers. I dont know how to do pictures or how to put them on here but if I figure it out I will. I want to show off what great work they did. Forget the work they made my home look like a palace.

  My husband and I used DH Residential Remodeling twice now for our Home Improvement Projects. Both times it has been a very stress free and smooth process. We were kept updated on what was happening and what to expect throughout the entire process. Workers were on time and performed the project tasks in a timely fashion, sticking to the plan put in place when we agreed to the project to begin with. They were considerate of our time and expectations and did an amazing job of matching what we requested to a T!!! *** was done with precision and care, as if it were their own family's home project they were working on, and we appreciated that. We HIGHLY recommend their services and will MOST DEFINITELY be using them again for any future projects/home improvement needs we may look to complete in the future. Thanks again to ******* and his team for the amazing job you all did in finishing our basement, back deck and back yard pool area bar and entertainment area..... as well as the smaller things in common living area upstairs. (i.e.: replacing fans, sockets, painting, replacing crown molding and repair to stairs from wear and tear from children and guests over the years.)

  ******* and the whole team are excellent! Great communication through the whole project and super fast with quality work! The jobs they performed for me, was HVAC services, plumbing, and built out my whole unfinished basement. Everything looks super amazing! Thank you again guys for everything!

  I recently had a shower/tub remodel job. They went above and beyond what my expectations were. They were always on time; cleaned up every day. This is the second job I had DH Residential Remodeling do for me. The first one was installing hardwood flooring in my entire upstairs. The job was more than words can say....very professional staff, courteous and always ready to answer your questions. I would definitely refer them.
