    This is my first time renting with Compass as the management for the home that I am currently renting and I can say that this has been the absolute worst management group I have ever dealt with in the last 10 years. The a/c went out multiple times at the current home I am renting, mind you we have 90+ degree weather, and they have failed to repair or even have the decency to respond or take the matter seriously at all. My a/c unit has been down for 2 weeks in this hot humid weather and they have failed to repair it. It takes them 2 days to respond and even when they respond they blame the awful company they have hired instead of taking responsibility for their poor management. If the same company failed to repair it the first time why continue to use the same company? I offered to call someone myself whom could repair the a/c unit the same day but they say the unit is under warranty and they cant reimburse me for the repairs. I would NEVER recommend this management group to anyone, not even my worst enemies.
