    Rodriguez Painting painted the exterior of my home (project paid for on 11/02/2021) and the paint started peeling on my siding after 1 year. Their warranty only states they will touch up the paint job, so it would peel in different spots after their touch up. Ive had to (difficultly) schedule 4 touch *** with them. My paint is still peeling and my warranty is now over, but the issue was never resolved to begin with.

    Thank you for reaching out, and please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience or frustration this situation may have caused. At Rodriguez Painting, our goal is always to deliver quality work and ensure our clients are satisfied not only at project completion but throughout the warranty period as well.
    Wed like to reassure you that weve made every effort to honor our commitments on this project from start to finish. For your reference, weve attached two documents: the signed Customer Satisfaction Form from the time the project was completed, and a second file containing and outlining three separate touch-up/warranty claims. Each of these claims was addressed promptly, completed in accordance with our warranty terms, and signed off on by the client once resolved.
    That said, we take all feedback and concerns very seriously. While the areas mentioned in this most recent communication (pictures) appear to relate to previous claims that were addressed and resolved, were more than willing to take another look. Because this new concern falls outside of the original warranty period, we cant guarantee coveragebut we are open to reviewing the situation to see if theres anything we can do to help.
    To move forward, we kindly ask that the client email us updated photos of the current areas of concern. This will allow our supervisor to review the situation accurately and determine if theres a way we can assist. Please send the images to ********************************************** and well be sure to follow up promptly.

    I hired Rodriguez painting to paint my bay tops and trim at my primary residence the 2nd week of April 2024. After that work was completed, the sales rep contacted and offered to paint the rest of my house the following week for $2600. That was over 6 weeks ago and they keep postponing the work. I have called several times to schedule a new date but they said no crews are available. I still do not have a committed day to complete the painting. This is not what I expected from a reputable company with great reviews

We have been in constant communication with ************ in regards to our backed up schedule.     I am rejecting this response because:I hired Rodriguez painting to paint my bay tops and trim at my primary residence the 2nd week of April 2024. After that work was completed, the sales *** contacted and offered to paint the rest of my house the following week for $2600. They called to reschedule a few times in May and have stopped calling to reschedule the work. I still do not have a committed day to complete the painting. This is a follow up to my previous complaint and not what I expected from a ***utable company with great reviews

    First and foremost we do apologize for any inconvenience on our end. While do accept that there was an inconvenience regarding the scheduling and delay, last time we spoke to ************ he requested to cancel. That is why we have not reached out as it was cancelled by the client. If ************ would like to call into our office we would more than gladly set up a time to have the supervisor meet with him and revisit the project.

    ********* does not service ****, **. ****** has them at the top of the page. I spent time trying to hire them and they don't even work in our area

    We first and foremost want apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused during this process. We responded to another review which this customer had left and explained that unfortunately we do not service their area but our advertisers do. We have to advertise in all the areas they reach due to the way contracts are set up but it does not mean that we specifically service ever single area they reach. We do apologize but did provide this information.
