Refund and Exchange Policy

At Mo-Nady Handyman Services, we are committed to providing high-quality work and dependable service. Please review our refund policy below to understand the terms and conditions associated with our services.

1. Labor Warranty:
   A one-year warranty backs all labor performed by Mo-Nady Handyman Services LLC. If issues arise due to our workmanship within one year of project completion, we will address them at no additional cost. This warranty covers only labor and does not include materials or damages caused by external factors such as weather or misuse.

2. Non-Refundable Services:
   Certain fees are non-refundable, including:

   • Service Call Fees: Covers on-site assessments and evaluations.
   • Transaction Fees: Includes payment processing costs.
   • Permit Fees: Non-refundable once the permit application is submitted.
   • Design Fees: Covers customized project designs and planning.
   • Site Prep and Clean-up Fees: Site preparation, cleanup, and waste removal are non-refundable once work begins

3. Materials Policy:
   Materials provided by clients are not covered under our refund or replacement policy. We recommend sourcing materials through our suppliers to ensure quality and compatibility. Assistance with supplier contact for client-provided materials is available, but any associated costs are the client’s responsibility.

4. Change Orders and Project Cancellations:

   • Change Orders: Any additional work outside the initial scope will require separate billing and may have distinct terms.
   • Cancellations: If a project is canceled before completion, refunds will be calculated based on the status of work and any costs incurred. Refunds are only issued for incomplete portions after deducting labor, materials, and non-refundable charges.

5. Inspection Punch List Repairs:
   For inspection punch list projects, our warranty covers only the specific items completed. Other repairs or items outside the listed scope are not included.

6. Exclusions:
   This warranty does not cover damages or issues resulting from structural changes, extreme weather, or any alterations made by the client after project completion.
