      I paid Savvi Formalwear a $72 deposit to reserve tuxedo rentals for my groomsmen on April 22nd. However, on August 7th, the business closed without explanation. I was not refunded my down payment nor have my groomsmen's received refunds on their deposits. I am unable to talk to anyone at the physical location because it is closed.

      My entire wedding ********* purchased or paid deposits on tuxedos from Savvi formal wear in ******** **. The company has closed its doors without refunding money or even making us aware that they are closing. My wedding is in 12 ********* have nothing!

      Ive been working with Savvi Formalwear since May 13, 2023 to get tuxedos for my groomsmen, eight people in total including myself, for my wedding in two weeks September 2, 2023. Myself and other groomsmen have paid in full for the tuxedos. Weve been trying to get in contact with Savvi Formalwear for a few a week over the phone and finally decided to drive down to the store to find out that the business is closed and now we are left with without tuxedos for our groomsmen and out of the money we paid for the tuxedos. The level of incompetence and lack of respect for customers is beyond belief. This is unacceptable, and caused far reaching damages.

      Me and my fianc are getting married September 23rd. We ordered his suit and suits for our groomsmen. We were supposed to pick up the week of the wedding. I had to find out from ******** that the company closed down with 38 days to go to our wedding. There were no attempts made by the business to contact us. No phone calls, text, or email. Its extremely disappointing considering this company has been around for many many years.We ordered on March 29 of 2023 with plenty of time to the wedding. Now, theres no way to get in touch with the company and were out a total of almost $600. We now have to look all over for a new place to get suits for four men and may not get our money back. I filed a chargeback with my bank, but they cant guarantee my money back and with everything being so expensive thats really what we need right now especially since I have to pay to rush order our suits. This is the last thing I thought I would have to worry about and its very stressful. Hopefully you guys are able to help us find a solution. Thank you.

      My cousin *********************** and his soon to be wife are having a wedding in September. We went to Savvi formal wear to obtain suits for the occasion. We got fitted and left a deposit. As of now Savvi appears to have closed its doors and I would like to receive my deposit in return.

      My wedding is in October . me and my groomsmen had put a deposit down and was told nothing or didnt get refund no nothing was left wondering what we do next?? Ive never seen a place do this before or atleast I havent never been through it. I would like to have something done about it and get my refund or something thanks!!

      I had put in a deposit for a tuxedo rental. On Monday (8/7/23), I learned that this business had shut down overnight and is not continuing their business. They never reached out about going out of business, and did not refund any of my deposit. My family and I have tried to contact them with no answer in return.
