  The office is filthy, they lie about everything, overcharge and never seem to get it right. Every root canal will fail. Every filling fails every crown will fall and color never matches your teeth . Biggest rip off in the industry. I would never recommend asspen dintel. To any one. Can't believe they're still in business. The do everything except what you came in for . Just to jack up the cost. If you go to them don't expect anything but being ripped off and lied to. And you teeth will be worse off . Asspen dentall just a place to waste your hard earned cash.

  The only good thing about this place is the good looking ********* get my pre-auth (***** days, REALLY?!?) funny because I got it back from my Ins. on the 26th of November! I was told to come in today 7/8 and they didn't even have an appt. for me. Hadn't even started on my teeth, even though I Had called my ins the 1st appointment in front of the person and the ins. told them i had a full $1500 available.... waste of my time. I told them that i need this done by no later than Aug 15th and they haven't even started anything. they don't have their ducks in a row and it is completely sad that the patient has it more together than their billing department!!! I would NOT recommend Aspen Dental and I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!!!!

  Waited months for an appointment in *********. Got there and was handed a bill for almost $500.00 prior to the visit. When I advised them that I had insurance I was informed that they are no longer in network for any insurance. I have the poor man's state insurance. Did they really think I'd just have $500 in my back pocket? In the months that I sat around waiting to be seen they couldn't have notified me? I wasted all that time waiting to be seen not to mention a days lost pay for nothing. I've had 3 ER visits due to a major infection spreading from a bad tooth going up into the cheek and now I'm going to have to wait months to be seen by a new Dentist. I've been on pain and miserable for months because they couldn't send out a letter or make a phone call telling their patients that they stopped taking insurance. Bad business practice and lousy customer service. I hope they lose most of their patients over this.

  First, the woman you meet at the front desk was rude. Then, they finally called me back and made me sit for 45 minutes with an excruciating toothache so they could work out my bill. I begged them to please numb me while waiting and they would not. Finally got my tooth pulled just to figure out during healing that she left a huge sharp piece of my tooth still in, which is now cutting my tongue. I am so upset because now I will have to find another dentist to cut out the tooth she left in. Absolutely do not go to Aspen dental!

  Don't trust them. I went for a routine cleaning that was 100% covered by my insurance. Up front they told me that they would not do anything that my insurance wouldn't cover. After the cleaning, they set me down in the other billing chair and gave me a long list of procedures that they said I needed. It was quite a long list. It was obvious that they were more interested in billing than dental care.I went to another dentist in another town and paid out of pocket for another cleaning and they set me up for another cleaning in six months. Nothing else needed to be done. I showed the dentist the list that Aspen had given me and he apologized for their behavior, from the rest of the dental community. He said that do many things that are completely unnecessary/unethical.

  Staff is great exception male dentist who insisted my denture had to be made to him liking the they they looked to him to me they were so far back in my mouth it looked like I had no teeth in I told him and he said you can't have bigger teeth they wont look good on you. waste of time and money. using them as a spare.

  They calculated expenses at first at *****+. Told us that we would probably get some money back. Then after partial treatment wouldnt answer calls to finish! Instead we get a bill for $1744 in the mail and they had not finished doing what they said they would do. We are retired and used some inheritance money to pay so we wouldnt go in debt. Now we are in debt and werent informed we would be and still no top denture after impressions. We went to talk to an office manger and they would not relent on the charges.

  After my appointment, while waiting On my ***** it was heavy thunderstorms &Pouring. Staff wouldnt allow me to wait in side for my ***** thus getting drenched.A total stranger drove by and gave me an umbrella.

  My son passed away less than 2 months after having extractions done and temporarily dentures. He got sick afterwards never had another appointment and his temp dentures did not fit well. Total bill was ********. I have made several calls several times a week with No return calls on a refund. only saying someone will call you by the end of day. Never happened. No return calls just recordings. This is a disgrace! Aspen dental is DECEPTIVE . Looks like it need to take this a step further. BEWAREOF ASPEN

  BUYER BEWARE!! Aspen's billing practices are mean-spirited: no money up front? Then no appointment up front!!! Can you imagine going to the **** dealer for repairs and be told, "Sorry, Mr. ****** but we WON'T look at your car until you ***** down $1000." Well, that's Aspen Dental!! The professional staff doesn't call the shots; the OFFICE MANAGER does. One the most horrible businesses I've had the misery to experience. This company is the moral equivalent of a bail bond business. AVOID IF YOU CAN!!!!!!
