We are writing to formally dispute Invoice #********** in the amount of $10,374, which ATX has charged to our account for 6 users of ATX-ADDOFCMAX_2024.Background of Our Account:For the past six to seven years, we have consistently purchased ATX MAX with 3 users (typically two in ** and one in **).For tax year 2024, we asked our sales representative, ******** ********, about adding two more users. She advised us to purchase two additional users, which we did. Both the 2024 ATX MAX and the additional users were fully paid at that time. The two additional users were designated as one in ** and one in ***Current Setup:We have confirmed with all users in our account (******* ****, ********* ***, Chia-*** ***, Huaxia ***** and ****** *****) that:ATX 2024 is installed on one laptop per user (5 users total). We have only one ATX license tied to one designated office.None of us created or set up another office location, nor do we even know how to do so.Our Concerns:Since we began using ***, no sales representative has ever informed us of restrictions or potential issues related to installations across multiple locations. If an additional office location was somehow created in ATXs system, it was not by any of our team members. We request a detailed explanation from **** tracking system regarding how and by whom this occurred. If this is truly an issue of licensing, it should have been made clear at the time of purchase by our sales representative. If we are being held liable for this invoice, then *** must also accept responsibility for the lack of disclosure to us specifically if the policy changes. We are aware that other *** customers have faced the same situation, which suggests a broader systemic issue rather than an isolated case.Business Response

After reviewing this complaint, it was found to be a duplicate to another complaint filed by the same firm. We are in the process of responding to the other complaint.Customer Answer

Complaint: 23788288
I am rejecting this response because:Another complaint was acknowledged by Wolters Kluwer, who stated they would contact us, but no one ever did. Despite multiple follow-ups, no representative has reached out. We emailed our account sales manager, but she has not responded. When we contacted customer service, we were repeatedly told that the issue would be escalated to upper management and that someone from the management team would reach outyet this has never happened. Wolters Kluwer has been unresponsive and has ignored us from the beginning. We urgently need your assistance in reaching this company and finding a resolution.
Sincerely,

On 7/27/25 I tried to e-file 941 returns, but got an error. I spent part of a day using the online knowledge base support, but could not get this fixed. I could not log into "my information" on their website. 7/28/25. I then spent hours with their online chat without getting anything resolved case ********. I then called the customer service and spent a long time talking to a rep, case ********. This time they were able to get me access to "my information" and they told me that my credit card had expired and that if I put in the new credit card information that would fix it. So I did that and waited until the next day. While on the account I saw that I had an over due invoice as of 3/13/2024 INV **********. It showed that I paid ******* but still owed ******. This was for the 2023 tax software. I normally pay a deposit and then the full balance during tax season. I checked and on 10/23/23 I paid ******. So I had already paid this. The next day I still got the same error when I tried to efile. So I called them again case ********. This was a long and frustrating call. I ended up paying the ****** so that I can efile these returns. I asked the girl to have a supervisor call me. She said that she would, but when I got the case resolution email she had put under follow-up required, as none. I have been a client of theirs ATX/ Saber Pro/ CCH/ Wolters Kluwer since 1996, but this year they are making ***** software look good.Business Response

On April 29, 2024 I ordered and paid $1075.56 for a 2024 tax year software package from ****************. The company allows refunds for unused software. On December ******* I called customer support and requested a refund of the purchase price because I was unable to work because of health issues. The refund was approved by account manager ***** Kovani. After repeated calls and emails, I still did not receive a refund and on March 12, I emailed ***** and asked for the name of the person he allegedly asked to send me the refund or another person with authority to mail a check. He did not reply. On March 12th, 2025 which was 3 months after my initial request I again emailed ***** and a resolution officer named ****** ****** requesting payment within 10 days. No response. It is now 3 and 1/2 months since my request and and the company has made no effort to comply with its refund policy.***** Kovani can be reached at *************. ****** ****** can be reached at *************.Business Response
