    I reached out to CCH on December 6, 2022 in reference to this company deducting $1367.48 of money from me in error that I did not owe them. I have been requesting that they reimburse me for my money for over a month. The first person I spoke with was a lady name *****. She told me that she would have this issue researched and rectified within three days. I have followed back up with her multiple times, and the issue was never resolved. I asked ***** for her managers information, because I felt like she had done all she was able to do, and she provided me the information for her manager. His name is *******************. He is a manager in the retention department. I sent him an email that he did not respond to for nine whole days. After the ninth day I sent him another follow up email which he did respond to apologize for the delay and advising me that he will reach out to me before the end of the day. That was on Dec 28th and I have not heard from him since. I sent ************** another email basically begging for a status update and letting him know that it has been almost 2 weeks since I sent him the first email and he is now completely ghosting me. He has dropped the ball will not respond to me. I am not sure who takes accountability for errors made at this company, but it is definitely not ************** the retention manager if a customer reaches out to him and makes him aware of a situation that needs to be resolved. It is completely irresponsible of him as a manager to further escalate, the issue by overpromising, and underdelivering, and then flat out ignoring the customer. This company has taken my ********* notified them of this error and simply asked them to correct it. At this point it seems as though this is being purposefully orchestrated by this company to withhold my funds. I need all $1367.48 of my money returned to me immediately. Hopefully whatever Department handles their complaints will take ownership and actually resolve this situation.
