    I bought a car in cash from this dealership on June 29,2022,(specifically ******). However, I have yet to receive a title for the car. I am unable to register the car and cannot do anything on my end until the dealer processes the correct documents. I have been extremely patient with ****** as he continued to say he would resolve the matter. ****** has horrible communication, as he responds to my messages and calls one day and disappears for weeks and then has many excuses as to why he hasnt resolved it yet.

    On the 7th of November 2023, I purchased a 2006 ****** Altima 4D Sedan (*****************) from your establishment at a cost of $3,569.00, which was inclusive of the tag and title fee. You gave an affirmation that you would submit the documentation for the tag and title, but to date (1st February ****), no such submission has occurred, therefore rendering the Drive Out Temp Tag null since it was only valid for 30 days and expired on 22nd December 2023. Multiple times, I have reached out to you requesting information regarding the status of my request with no action. My concern regarding this dispute is that no application for tag/title has been made, no resolution has been made to repair the transmission, and my requests for a refund have been ignored. I have provided you with two options - Obtain tag/title and fix the transmission or provide a full refund of the vehicle, including the repair cost I incurred, which is $3,569 - the cost of the vehicle plus the tag/title fee, and $180 for transmission flush. None of these requests have been honored as of 2nd January ****. As a dealer/seller, you have not upheld your responsibilities.

    The day of the transaction was June 28, 2023, the payment was ***** dollars, it was made through Zelle, after a month he told me that I was going to receive the title but more than 4 months have passed and I still haven't. I received nothing from him, I called him many times and he continued saying that on Friday, 2 weeks ago he called me to his office and he never came to give me the title to the car, the only thing i want is the title of this car so i can do the registration myself.

    On 12/14/2022 I bought a 2012 Jeep Patriot from an auto broker in *********! Weve had trouble getting a title and tag with this company. He says he will send out the Information for the title and tag and have yet to do so. It is now 2/15/2023 and still has no tag or title. He said he has sent it out when he hasnt after i called the tag commissioners office and they are still waiting on documents for the title. He also has yet to give them any information for the tag.
