    I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the services provided by GCP Consulting Services. As a client of your business, I entrusted GCP with handling important financial matters related to my business, including filing for the *** IRS tax ****** However, I have been deeply disappointed by the way in which you have conducted business.Firstly, I paid your business $500 for services that were never rendered. Despite repeated attempts to contact your business and request a refund, I have been met with complete disregard and refusal to provide any form of compensation.Furthermore, I have reason to believe that your business has been engaging in fraudulent practices. Several of your clients have reported being misled and deceived, and there have been allegations made that your business has lied about its ability to file for the *** IRS tax ****** I have personally been told that there is no record of my business's *** tax documents, despite having paid for these services.As a result of your business's unethical behavior, I have suffered significant financial loss and emotional distress. I demand that you take immediate action to rectify this situation by providing me with a full refund of the $500 I paid for services that were never provided. Additionally, I urge you to take responsibility for your actions and make necessary changes to your business practices to ensure that no other clients are subjected to similar treatment.

    The owner west ******* sent out award letters saying that the *** granted us very large amounts of money for business funding. Over 500 clients paid west $200 per application. Upon contacting the *** we were told nothing has been filed and/or nothing is in process. We are out of $200 per application. Please contact me.

    This company offered *** filing services. I paid the $250 fee and the *** reached out saying they needed additional documents to support my *** claim. ***************** has all of my tax documents and refuses to send them to me. She has blocked me on all platforms and said sh refuses to send my tax documents. I signed a contract that requires her to complete the *** on my behalf but now she refuses and won't send the docs for me to complete it my self and the *** needs those documents. I just want a copy of my tax documents. She has threatened to cancel my business tax paperwork and I do not want that to happen

     My name is **** and I am the owner of GCP CONSULTING SERVICES LLC.  I have read your complaint and I am sorry that you're going through such situation. However, you are not my client and I did not file your ERC application. I believe the reason you're complaining about my company is because of my partnership that I had with ***************** with taxes. As far as ERC, my company has nothing to do with that therefore this complaint is against my company when we're not affiliated nor provided you with ERC services.  I would appreciate if you could kindly reach out to the person at ***************** who assisted you with that service and handle that situation with them ma'am.  Also,  if you could withdraw the complaint I would appreciate it.. thank you
