I have not been employed since 12/30/2019. On 03/27/2024, I visited the SSA.gov website to check my pending application status. When I viewed my SSA Earnings Statement, it fraudulently reported that I earned $57, 920 from the company Southern Crescent Breast Specialist PC (EIN#**********). I have never been employed by this employer or any companies associated with them. Southern Crescent Breast Specialist PC submitted my name, social security number, date of birth and an old P.O. box address to the IRS. When I called the number, 770-507-5055, which was associated with the EIN number given, it stated the company name is Piedmont Physicians Breast Surgery Specialty at Piedmont Henry Hospital. On 03/27/2024, I contacted the number, 770-507-5055, to report that I have never been employed with their company or any companies associated with them and that someone is using my social security number. I filed an Identity Theft Report. I contacted the IRS, I completed the IRS Identity Theft Form 14039 and had an Identity Protection Pin placed on my social security number. I filed an Identity Theft Report with the SSA Office of Inspector General. I contacted my local SSA office to inform them of the Fraudulent Company and false earnings report submitted by this company to the IRS with my social security number. I completed a Fraud Report with the Federal Trade Commission, the FTC informed me to report the fraudulent activity to the BBB. I am writing today because I want to make sure the Fraud is reported for this Company and ask if you can help me with getting a resolution. I would like to have the Company remove the fraudulent earnings from my Social Security Earned Income Report. Thank You for your help.
