    On March 17, 2025, I paid ******, owner of Trust Tech Computers, located in *********, ** $297.00 to repair my original **** Desktop Computer. I also provided him with a flash drive to back up the files on my original computer.When I picked up my computer from his store on April 6, 2025 and brought it home to plug it up and use it, I realized he switched my computer with another used **** Desktop Computer without my knowledge or consent. My original computer had a DVD/CD Burner. ****** verbally agreed to replace it with an external DVD/CD Burner since the parts from my original computer were not compatible with the computer he switched and gave me. Since April 7, 2025, my computer has been in his possession and he has neglected to return my computer, my flash drive and the external DVD/CD Burner back to me. I have made multiple phones calls to the store location to get my property, but they will not return my items.On June 10, 2025, I made another visit to the store location to speak with ****** and inquire about my computer and flash drive. One of the employees wrote down my name, contact number and my concern/complaint and said someone would get back to me. As of Monday, June 23, neither the owner ******, nor any of his employees has contacted me about returning my belongings.
