I contracted a service on 4/22/23 in the amount of $5k for a private 1 on 1 session with coach *******. This session was to consist of 5 weeks, 1 on 1 hour sit down sessions. My first session was the same day the contract was signed and it lasted about an hour. The second session was the following week on April 25th and lasted about 20 minutes. We hadn't spoke after this until I found a home I was interested in and informed the coach by text on May 1st. May 4th I inquired on another home via text. May 6th I was texted asking for my address to send a gift. May 12th I texted asking about contractors and informed the coach of a home I was interested in, but I didn't have a contractor to assist. I called the coach, but at the time she stated she was in the tub and would call me back so that we could discuss this home I wanted to purchase. She sounded excited, which made me excited. She never called me back and, I was upset. I disputed the $5k charge as she did not provide me the services she stated she would in her contract. She was not available to me when needed and did not return my call as she stated she would. A copy of the contract was sent to the credit card company stating that any chargeback is considered fraud. Operative word is considered. You can not state that you will provide a certain kind of service and not provide it. After receiving notification from the CC co, she sent me a text stating she's been trying to contact me. She never did reach out until then and I have the records to prove it. I kindly asked for a percentage of my funds back and I received a message stating, "since you expressed dissatisfaction and the lack of trust in her and her program it would not be wise to reoffer services". I just want this to be fair, you didn't provide me with the service you stated and now you don't want to compromise a percentage of my funds returned. I have been blocked from everything, and I haven't spoke down on her at all.
