      I started working here on January 20th, 2025 - May 30th, 2025 through a 3rd party company. Let me start off by saying everything they tell you in the interview is a lie. The supervisor will lie to you with a straight face, and whenever he wants to do his dirt, he blames everything on **** (operations manager). **** said this: **** said that everything is **** doing. He says not to mention I was nitpicked on by the female dispatcher months after I started the job. I reached out to my supervisor to stop the situation before it went too far because all I wanted to do was work and feed my family. Unfortunately, working here is like working with a bunch of childish adults. The *** company wont even give drivers badges to get in the door. We had to bam on the door to be let in every morning. I knew then this wasnt the job for me. I felt like a slave many days. I came to this location. I began to beg God to let me find another job after my hours began getting cut shorter and shorter the longer I stayed here. The supervisor would say everyones hours are getting cut (yeah, right). That was a lie as well. People were showing me their hours, and no ones hours were getting cut as badly as mines. It didnt start till I reported that I was uncomfortable with getting nitpicked on for no reason or whenever I raised a concern about something. Dont worry, I have the screenshots to prove anything I write on this review. The last incident that caused me to lose my employment was I went to a racist part of town to deliver to this guy. I pulled in his yard to deliver the package, and he came outside complaining about his grass while living in a mobile home. I was called a racial slur. I said nothing back. I just gave him his package, took the picture, and left. I made sure I let my dispatch know just in case he decided to call and complain about his grass, which he in fact did and added some lies to it. The night dispatch never told management.
