    We made numerous phone calls to Eichers (April-Jul) of this year regarding the roof leaking on the screen room that they installed on our house, we are getting tired of the lack of response on when someone will call/come out to repair the leak, This happened last summer also and it took an eternity for Eichers to get with the ballgame and contact us with a date and time of when they will repair the leak. The last phone call was on July 1st and the lady said that the repair work order was filled out the last week of June and today is the 15th of July. This business is not very professional in taking care of their clients and their lack of communication shows that they have zero pride. What we want is for them to get off the dime and fix our roof leak! They have until 9 Aug 2024 to get this fixed. the dates we called. 29 April 24, 30 April 24, 17 June 24, 1 July 24.

    We originally contracted with ******** Pro-Vinyl in May of 2017. We had a sun-room built with vinyl windows. The vinyl on the windows has a lifetime warranty. We have contacted the company regularly both by phone and emails to come out and repair what started as 3 spots where the vinyl is pulling out of the frame. We are now up to 8 spots, and several are holes where the cold air and water are coming in. This is my elderly moms primary residence, and they had someone come out and when they came they said they would come back because they did not have the vinyl. My first email with them regarding this issue was 11/30/2020. There was a follow up on 03/10/2021, and I started again trying to get with **** on this on 10/24/2023. I sent **** an email which included the pictures of the issues. I followed up on 11/30. I sent more photos on 12/11/2023.I made phone calls as well and was told on November 17th that ****** the owner had to get a crew out here. Currently they were in ********** and he would get back to me. I had not heard back and called **** again on December 12. This was our last contact with them and I am beyond frustrated that it is so difficult to get them to respond, never mind fix the work that they guarantee. It is costing my mom additional money to keep the heat in her home with this cold weather, and I am concerned for her health and safety. We have tried to resolve this with them again and again, and now turn to you for help.

    Installed gutters were different than what was promised. My pre-existing gutters were easier to clean than the new gutters because they had wire leaf filter that was slanted away from the roof. I specifically mentioned this to *****, Eicher Pro agent. I assumed he understood. At first I think he was looking at installing Eicher's leaf filters on the existing gutters. Then I showed him a brouchere of the gutter helmet that I wanted. He, *****, said they did not have this but could get it. He measured the building, gave me a price which I eventually agreed to and I signed the contract. Some time after installation, weeks or a month not sure, I noticed a big build-up of leaves. When I got on the roof to blow off the leaves was when I discovered that I did not have a helmet. In addition there are at least two areas of the filter separating. Numerous calls to Eicher's with zero results. A lot of promises to return calls also with zero results. A promise, by *** ******* to have someone come by did not happen. This has been the situation for months.
