    I was purchasing tickets for this event, and the tickets were limited so a lot of people were on the site at one time to purchase and when I was trying to purchase, it was glitching and crashing saying sold out when I was trying to add a ticket to my cart and when I refreshed it to add it, it added the ticket, but it also added the previous one the first time I tried to add the tickets in and then when I remove one ticket it glitched and still charged me for two. When I emailed the company and told them what happened, they claim that the site didnt crash when other people said it did and I sent them A screenshot of it and they told me that is nonrefundable when I asked for a refund for ONE of the tickets. When I asked them, if I can use the extra ticket for someone else under my email since the selling tickets was not allowed they told me no I cannot because its under my name and said that is non-transferable and they dont have that feature but when I look on their app, it does have the feature that I can send it to someone and transfer it and add attendee on it. It doesnt make any sense for one person to purchase two tickets and cant use the extra one and then they wont give me a refund Or let me use the extra ticket for someone else. I would like either a refund on ONE of the tickets not both or for them to let me use the ticket for someone else please and the event is next week. I spent $551.50 with each ticket being $275.75 they took an extra $275.75 from me and wont give it back or wont let me use it.

    Tyler was notified last night that he was being refunded for the ticket.  He has yet to respond to that email, which you can find attached.  This complaint needs removed as it is invalid.

    Furthermore, the site did not crash and was not glitching.  Our ticketing platform did not need to utilizing a waiting room as traffic was below 500 people on the site.  If there was any type of technical issue, it was on the user's side, not the ticketing platform or Epic's website.  

    You can also view our refund policy on our website, which by purchasing tickets, attendees agree to the terms.  It clearly states all purchases are non-refundable unless in the event of a guest cancelation, then the guest specific items would be refunded.  As with any online purchase, consumers should check their carts at check out prior to completing their purchase.
