    Complaint:I am filing this complaint due to the ongoing failure of ************************* (***) / property management company Beacon to provide the services I am contractually paying for through my monthly *** ****.Specifically, I have been denied access to the community amenities because my key fob has never functioned properly. Despite being mailed two replacement fobs, I still cannot access the amenities. When I contacted management, I was instead sent an irrelevant password reset email, which had nothing to do with the actual issue.This situation amounts to a breach of contract and unfair business practice, as I am required to pay *** fees every month for access to amenities that I have not been able to use. The *** is continuing to accept payments while failing to uphold its obligations to provide access.Resolution Sought:1.Immediate restoration of my amenity access with a functioning key fob.2.A full explanation of why this issue has persisted despite multiple attempts to resolve it.3.A credit or refund for all months during which I have been denied access to amenities, as I should not be required to pay for services that were not delivered.If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will pursue additional remedies, including filing complaints with other consumer protection agencies and exploring legal options for breach of contract.Sincerely,
